Avoid this company for HVAC services. The act like used car salesman, trying to sell you their ""warranty"" package and when they cannot fix your problem, they will use pressure tactic to convince you to buy a new HVAC system. Their salesperson will behave like a used car dealer,"" I know my price is high, if I call my manager in the morning and ask for a 5% discount, will it be enough?"" Run away!

I would leave zero stars if I could. We had a leaky boiler and called 4 Service Pros to fix the leak. The first technician that came out fixed the leak, however he told us that parts of the boiler would need to be serviced. He had to go buy the part and would come back. In the meantime, we had to keep our heat off.

The technician never called us back. We called customer service; they said he should call us in a few days. He never did. Our home has been freezing since we were advise to keep the heat off, and the last few days have been in the 30s. So we called again. This time, we were told the technician left the company, but another technician would be sent out and should come in around 2-6pm the next day. I stressed to the dispatch that our home is freezing, hoping they would take this urgently. The new technician never showed up, no notice or call to say if they would be arriving or not. My husband called them; he was forwarded to voicemail. I called; I waited on hold for over 40 minutes before hanging up and writing this review. They have 24/7 service in their voicemail; that does not appear to be the case.

Horrible communication (if the technician left the company, why were we not contacted so we could still try to finish this?). Horrible customer service. It's clear they do not care if you are freezing in your own home, having to wear layers upon layers of clothes to stay warm while you work from home. We went with them originally because other places we reached out to could not work on the boiler. We will not be using their services again. I urge you to look elsewhere before calling them.

4 Service Pros provided responsive service at a very competitive price. From first contact, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Dispatch office kept me updated on schedule and advised that jobs were finishing early so Zack arrived according to the new earlier time (which was great!) He understood the job to be done and quickly replaced the hoses in my two kitchen faucets. He carefully checked to ensure no leaks were present. He wore a protective face mask during the work and practiced social distancing, which we appreciated. We will continue to use 4 Service Pros as our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service provider. We will ask for Zack to return for any of our future plumbing needs.

This is a review on their ""quotes"". They have a ""request quote"" button on their profile, but they don't actually give you a quote by email or phone. Instead they charge you $99 to have someone come over give you a quote.

With every other plumbing service giving you free estimates, why would you pay for one even before any work gets done.

The service provided by 4Service Pro's was great, however, I was overcharged for my service. This was admitted to me by Daniel, the person who supervised my service. The date of my service was 1/27/22, and it is now 2/10/22. I have called the company multiple times to request that my refund be processed. I was supposed to be charged $4141.60 but I was instead, charged for $5664.35. I was told that I would be given a call. I have not received a call. It has now been two weeks. I want my deserved refund of $1522.75.

I want to recommend this company, but I do not know that I can with this lack of response service and refund. Please advise.

Requested for a quote detailing the work needed to run a circuit for a 14-50 outlet. Upon arrival and doing an inspection of the circuit breaker they Immediately wanted to tackle additional fees to do a test now or it'll be double the cost if they came later. I applaud their effort to bring in their boss to sell me a story of a home disaster while there. I don't doubt their electricians, just their management. I would stay away from any business that gives you a time limit to decide is a red flag.

We had our furnace go out over the weekend, so we reached out to 4 Service Pro for help. They came out on a very cold Sunday evening and, because of the supply chain fiasco no one had the part in stock and they wouldn't be able to get the foreign made part until March. But they brought out space heaters so we wouldn't freeze, and the representative showed us our new furnace options. He was very thorough and not the least bit pushy. We chose the top of the line for our situation and the technician installed it the next day. Every person I dealt with was great in every way.

I don't ever write reviews, but I want other people to know to stay away from this company. I needed a routine pluming Inspection for HOA's request. I haven't had any issues for years and never failed an inspection before.

But the inspection guy from this company was actively looking for problems and kept threatening me I will have a huge problem if I don't fix it based on his recommendation. He failed my placed for the inspection. I quickly had another inspection company to come out and take a look. He said some of my parts are old but everything is working properly without any leak. He said there is no reason to fail the inspection.

Please stay away from this company, especially if you need a routine inspection. These people will get your money by threatening you.

We had a defective smoke alarm tormenting my family, and 4 Service Pros was very responsive. Akeem came to diagnose and fix the problem, and we couldn't be happier. He came early, he was friendly, professional, honest, quick, and efficient. He made what was a bad situation for my family much better, and we are so relieved. I 100% recommend 4 Service Pros, and Akeem in particular. Thank you so much!
