In the last two weeks we unfortunately have had some very annoying plumbing issues and these guys have come to the rescue big time and at a late hour (7:00pm) and Carlos was absolutely FANTASTIC and spent way more time than he expected to on our utility drain. He was able to identify a hefty clog and replace our trap and then was honest that we needed to have someone else come out to investigate the issue further. Really appreciated his time and professionalism.

Update! Carlos' colleague, Thomas H. came out yesterday and was equally as AMAZING and fixed our utility drain clog! He snaked it easily (keeping his 100% success rand then also did a rebuild on our toilet valve and flap and now both are working perfectly. Thomas H was so professional and helpful in explaining everything and even gave me some tips about how to easily replace a handle on my shower faucet. Seriously appreciative of his time and work.

Update (Again!) - I wish I could post a new review but Yelp doesn't seem to allow that so I'm adding to my previous one :) Connor S. came out to conduct our Safe and Sound check up and discovered (after about 3 long hours for him), we possibly needed a new furnace and AC due to a crack in our combuster (I think?) - he did a VERY good job of explaining that he didn't want to make a determination until he visited again and had the appropriate equipment so he came back about a week later and retested everything, discovering there actually wasn't the issue he expected BUT, he pointed out the 15 year age of our furnace and AC and we decided to proactively replace the system to prevent a disaster during winter. He also fixed a few things that had clearly been missed by other providers that came before 4Service Pros, and he credited the cost of the work performed the second time to our fee for the new furnace/AC installation. Bottom line he was super honest, knowledgeable and personable and we will continue to book 4Service Pros in the future. Thank you soooo much Connor!!

On Friday night we noticed we had no hot water. We've had 4 Service Pros do other work for us before, so I called them Saturday morning to get on the emergency maintenance schedule. Willis came out Saturday evening to troubleshoot, and recommended replacing the heater, which was old and out of warranty. He showed up first thing on Sunday morning and had the job done by noon.

Of course our water heater failing was an unwelcome surprise, but I appreciated the level of communication with 4 Service Pros and Willis' professionalism in my home. He showed up when he said he would, did the work we agreed on, and made sure I understood what I need to do to maintain the new heater in the future.

*Updated review. After receiving a phone call from the manager, 4 Service Pros did send a gentleman out to address my AC problem. Darnell was wonderful to work with and took the time to explain the various issues going on + his best few recommendations on how to move forward. Unfortunately, 4 Ser. Pros. do not pull permits in DC so they can only do repairs here - but if you live where they can pull permits, I'd suggest asking about the yearly maintenance package.

Bryan C. and Joe were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my leaking shower head. They went the extra mile to flush out the particles causing a problem. I was very happy with their expertise and asked about a maintenance program. Turns out the company offers both a plumbing and HVAC maintenance with very good rates...sold! Thanks so much for your time and patience answering my questions and helping me understand the issue. I really appreciate it!

Tyriece, Did a wonderful job on my gas pipe repair! it was a very unfortunate placement on our pipe but he managed to do it. He called me an hour said he was gonna be at the exact time but came at 10-15 mins early. Even have the courtesy to put a shoe cap which is rarely for some companies. We had a good talk while he was working and even gave me some good advice as a new house owner! Very friendly person! I'll definitely request for him again on my next project!

4 Service Pros came today - exactly on time. I was able to track my serviceman's vehicle as he was on his way. Great communication from the company. Thomas Harrelson, my plumber today, was totally terrific (plus he was great with our dogs who can be very annoying). He was positive, informative, quick, and he saved me a TON of money. I hadn't known that the my faucet was under a lifetime warranty. He called MOEN, provided all of the technical issues they needed to know, took photos of everything and by the end of the call my brand new replacement was on the way. Then he fixed a weakened valve and showed me how it worked. Everything done wonderfully. Excellent service. Thomas is coming back to install my new faucet when it arrives as I'm going to ask for him by name. I need an electrician for another job and will DEFINITELY call 4 Service Pros.

I just had Ron Jones replace my attic fan. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the motor within an hour. He was courteous and respectful of my home - he made sure to wear those blue booties and did a wonderfully clean job. It helps that he was fit enough to climb up the rafters to the roof (nickname Spiderman). Very pleased with the quality of the work and the service Rep - highly recommended.

Carlos from 4 service pros came out to my home to inspect my old toilets, he is kind, honest and very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me walking around my home, I am a senior citizen. He did not take advantage and is very helpful.

I'd give 10 stars. Edgardo solved a problem caused by idiot builder hiding a water shutoff valve in basement ceiling, above a beam. Edgardo guessed where the valve was, made a few surgically small cuts, found the corroded valve, cut out that part of pipe, installed a better quarter-turn valve where it will be covered by an easy-access panel. This could have been a nightmare but he made it just a nuisance.

Willis did a nice job fixing the 1st round of repairs that weren't done and quite correctly said. We've had good service in the past. And they fixed it as soon as they realize there is a problem
