Asked 4 Service Pros to send someone at for an estimate for a suspected bathroom leak and minor water damage. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Willis arrived during the scheduled window and called in advance. I happened to be outside when he called and arrived and was unable to take the call, but Willis still came to the door and waited for a few minutes after I realized I missed his call. He was very professional, wore a mask, and answered all of my questions. Willis provided us with two estimates for our job. We didn't end up using 4 Service Pros for this job, but would recommend them based on customer service and professional attitude.

We had a leak of unknown, but suspected origin, coming from an upstairs bathroom into a kitchen closet. We weren't sure where it was coming from, but instead of testing out several theories, we used the internet to get help from 4 Service Pros. Although on a Friday afternoon, Willis sent an email with his picture telling us his eventual arrival time around 5:00. He hadn't been in the house two minutes when he diagnosed the problem. Not missing caulk in the shower. Not a leak in the supply pipe beyond the bath. Not something in the line from the hot water heater in the attic. He quickly spotted some discoloration near the tiles surrounding the toilet (that wasn't obvious to us) and found that its shutoff valve was not functioning properly and probably hadn't for many months. With his expertise and experience, he figured out the issue in a matter of minutes. It would have taken us days. He also took steps to shut off the malfunctioning toilet, and then he recommended options for a better long-term solution with competitive cost estimates. He was efficient, wore a Covid mask and booties, and engaged us in interesting conversations. Rather than an angst-filled evening, we had a pleasant experience with Willis, and we felt much-relieved to have a simpler problem than we feared. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. We will take his recommendation on a replacement. And we would recommend Willis and 4 Service Pros for your plumbing problems.

I contacted 4 Service Pros to get my Sump Pump looked at and possibly replaced on Yelp and they responded right away. They were able to send their plumber Edgardo Thillet to my home within a couple of days. He wore a mask and shoe covers which is very important during this time. He went over what was wrong with our old sump pump (too weak, sump pit filled with debris), what we can do with our drain pipe ourselves, and what he recommended if we wanted to get the sump pump replaced. He wrote up an estimate for us and we decided to get it done. We felt that we was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. In addition, he never pressured us into getting anything replaced. When I contacted 4 Service Pros to make the appointment for the work, I made sure that they were sending Edgardo again.

One thing they could improve is the acceptance process for the estimates. That part seemed complicated as I had to go to a site to accept the estimate a couple of times and it still didn't show the cost correctly but that had more to do with the site they were using.

Overall, I'm very happy with everything especially the work done by Edgardo Thillet.

They did a good job overall (plumber). They did present add ons so make sure you are aware of your budget and what you actually want to get done.

I hired 4 Service Pros to completely replace my outdated HVAC and hot water heater. This was a job that started with some unexpected complications and has continued to run into issues throughout, some of which were preventable and some of which can only be chalked up to plain old bad luck. Sometimes stuff just happens, right? No worries.

I want to shout out Maurice (the HVAC department head) for his efforts to work with me to get some of the problems squared away. He's proven to be patient, responsive, and is obviously highly capable, and I really appreciate his calm demeanor and helpfulness while we sorted out some issues.

I also want to shout out Carl, a plumber who responded late last night to a leaking toilet. I panicked because, well, the toilet worked before the installation and leaked after, so it must be 4 Service's fault, right? Evidently not; just an ill-timed malfunction (see the ""plain old bad luck"" above), but Carl was awesome. He fixed it up, double-checked and performed preventive maintenance on the second bathroom, and even gave the new hot water tank a look to make sure it was good to go. And he did it all with a great attitude, which I really appreciated at the end of a long day for everyone.

Overall, the company does good work and the onsite technicians are friendly and respectful of your property. The installation is still ongoing, but for a competitive price, I was able to upgrade my 15-year old system (14 SEER/corroding PVC pipes) to a 16 SEER unit and new copper piping. There's a slight coil issue that Maurice and his team will fix today or tomorrow and we'll be good to go.

Customers should be aware that 4 Service has a pretty clear internal distinction between the HVAC side and the plumbing side. If you choose 4 Service, just make sure that communication is clear with both sides of the house. Some of our issues with this job stemmed from what appears to be poor communication at times. Greg (the owner) is aware of the issue and made time to come to my house twice to assure me it's being handled, which is all you can ask.

Overall, I appreciate the leadership's responsiveness in dealing with some of the issues, and the work appears to be well done to my uneducated eye. I'd recommend this company, but just encourage customers to remain engaged to make sure everything is on track throughout (which you should do with any big job anyway).

Very professional and knowledgeable. Resolved an issue with our sink promptly and effectively. Was also willing to do a quick walkthrough for other projects while helping us understand the immediacy of the other projects left in the house.

I'd been experiencing lukewarm water rather than hot water. A different plumbing company said I needed to have my hot water heater replaced, for a pretty hefty price. I called 4 Service Pros to come out for a second opinion. Tyriece was very punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable: upon looking at the setup of the water fixtures in my home, he made a few fixes and determined that my water heater was functioning normally. After installation of a new mixer valve, I was incredibly relieved to see my home had piping hot water again. He even cleaned out my shower head when he noticed the pressure wasn't up to where it should be. Very impressed with his work and friendly demeanor!

They were very professional. Their office called me to confirm ahead of time. Will called me to let me know that he's going to be coming over in the next 15 minutes. He did show up on time. They provided me with a free estimate. They completed the job professionally, on time, and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely hire 4 service pros again for future needs!
