I had the best experience with this company. Michael S. was extremely knowledgeable and saved me from having to buy a new HVAC system which was another company's recommendations. The other company had not serviced my AC properly and had also accidentally closed the refrigerant valve which caused overheating of the compressor and popped the fuse and later melted the wires going to the compressor..... that is when I decided to get a second opinion and came across 4ServicePros. Michael S. not only fixed the wiring, he also inspected the whole system, and properly cleaned the grids of the outside unit. His work was very thorough and excellent. THANK YOU! I am now a loyal customer of this company.

We had a clogged mini split and called 4 Service Pros since they did the install. T

The technician they sent out was not able to perform any service on the unit, nor able to even look into what was wrong (clogged pipe, blocked areas, pump, parts, etc) without trying to nickel and dime me on the service.

$350 to clear the outside unit,
$350 to clear the pipe,
$300 to take the unit down and see if there was a clog,
perhaps another $300 for parts

again without even identifying the issue. Dont recommend.

I needed someone to install an electric vehicle wall plug last year. I was down to between two companies and 4 Service was one. Mike Schick spent so much time on the phone with me, answering all my questions and describing in detail the process and all related issues. They got my business from that call alone. Also, I forget how much a county license is, but they mark it up to account for their time - which I understand. The other company marked it up dramatically more.

Fast forward one year, my plug is glitchy. I called Mike again at 4:30 on a Friday, left a msg, expected to hear back on Monday. He called me back at 5 pm. Again, he was patient, asked me about the issues I was having. He told me what plug to buy and told me that they'd install it for free. I didn't even ask for that, but they completely stand behind their work.

Anyway, I was impressed, thought I'd post this review.

$440 for electrical just to diagnose it as an HVAC problem. $89 dispatch fee, $25 fuel surcharge fee, and $326 troubleshooting fee. They should be called 4 service fees instead of 4 service pros :/ Thankfully the tech was nice enough to waive a couple fees, but $331 just to come out is still ridiculous.

Anyway, they came out quickly and the tech was nice and knowledgeable. Just frustrated about pricing. Called back to see if there was anything they could do fee wise given the diagnosis and they sent me to a full voicemail. Oh well..

Where do I begin? By far, retaining 4 Service Pros to work on our HVAC system was one of the most horrible and life changing decisions ever made. The negative impact on our family due to our experience with 4 Service Pros is beyond words. 4 Service Pros had been to our house on 10+ occasions to perform ""work"" and not only forged our signatures on multiple work orders but charged us repeatedly for ineffective work. All of this ""work"" ultimately altered the balance of our HVAC system. End Result - We have been displaced from our home going on 7 months due to extreme mold contamination. Please Please Be aware.

I needed a plumber to replace my old faucets and replace my leaking supply lines. I checked Lowes for a quote and it was less expensive, but I ultimately went with 4 Service Pros because it was so much easier to reach them and schedule. I also liked that they come with a fully stocked plumber's van, so I didn't need to worry about having the right supply lines for the faucets I purchased.

I don't normally write reviews, but our HVAC technician Amjad Butt was amazing! We had our HVAC maintenance appointment and Amjad was extremely descriptive in explaining the issues that needed to be fixed. He not only explained what was wrong, but showed me exactly why it wasn't working and even gave advice on how to possibly avoid it from happening in the future. After his explanations, I really feel more knowledgeable about what HVAC encompasses and how it affects your home. I strongly recommend him as your HVAC technician and will be requesting him in the future!

Avoid this company for HVAC services. The act like used car salesman, trying to sell you their ""warranty"" package and when they cannot fix your problem, they will use pressure tactic to convince you to buy a new HVAC system. Their salesperson will behave like a used car dealer,"" I know my price is high, if I call my manager in the morning and ask for a 5% discount, will it be enough?"" Run away!

I would leave zero stars if I could. We had a leaky boiler and called 4 Service Pros to fix the leak. The first technician that came out fixed the leak, however he told us that parts of the boiler would need to be serviced. He had to go buy the part and would come back. In the meantime, we had to keep our heat off.

The technician never called us back. We called customer service; they said he should call us in a few days. He never did. Our home has been freezing since we were advise to keep the heat off, and the last few days have been in the 30s. So we called again. This time, we were told the technician left the company, but another technician would be sent out and should come in around 2-6pm the next day. I stressed to the dispatch that our home is freezing, hoping they would take this urgently. The new technician never showed up, no notice or call to say if they would be arriving or not. My husband called them; he was forwarded to voicemail. I called; I waited on hold for over 40 minutes before hanging up and writing this review. They have 24/7 service in their voicemail; that does not appear to be the case.

Horrible communication (if the technician left the company, why were we not contacted so we could still try to finish this?). Horrible customer service. It's clear they do not care if you are freezing in your own home, having to wear layers upon layers of clothes to stay warm while you work from home. We went with them originally because other places we reached out to could not work on the boiler. We will not be using their services again. I urge you to look elsewhere before calling them.

4 Service Pros provided responsive service at a very competitive price. From first contact, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Dispatch office kept me updated on schedule and advised that jobs were finishing early so Zack arrived according to the new earlier time (which was great!) He understood the job to be done and quickly replaced the hoses in my two kitchen faucets. He carefully checked to ensure no leaks were present. He wore a protective face mask during the work and practiced social distancing, which we appreciated. We will continue to use 4 Service Pros as our plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service provider. We will ask for Zack to return for any of our future plumbing needs.
