I'd procrastinated for months to search for a plumber. After reading online reviews about 4 Paws, I decided to give them a call; so happy I did. They promptly responded and we arranged an appointment.
Both David L. and his apprentice were polite, professional and informative. They diagnosed the garbage disposal dilemma and made appropriate repairs. They also saved me $$$ whereas a replacement disposal was not necessary. I feel confident to respectfully recommend 4 Paws Plumbing!

Called them one afternoon when the first plumber couldn't make the scheduled appointment. They graciously added me to their schedule, showed up earlier than estimated, and diagnosed that I needed a new faucet. When I ran into trouble installing my new faucet, they were able to come back out and finish the install. Excellent service and I will definitely call them first next time.

I am BEYOND grateful to 4 Paws Plumbing. After SNOVID, we were up schitt's creek without a paddle. Busted brand new water heater and couldn't get a plumber to actually show up. I was losing my mind not having hot water in my house. Laundry, dishes, stinky kiddos. At 6pm on a Friday, 4Paws arrived because my neighbor who is a builder called in a favor for me. I was so desperate. Our incredible neighbor let us buy his water heater from him (he said he could wait a month or two for a new one, since you literally could not find a water heater to buy in the state of TX after snowmageddon) and 4Paws had it installed within an hour. I was beyond impressed and so, so grateful. I will only use 4Paws Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward.

...And shout out to the terrible Austin Metro Plumbing for giving me a confirmed appointment via text, making me wait a week, and then NOT showing up or returning my phone call or text message. Y'all need to take some lessons from 4 Paws Plumbing on customer service.

Had a leak for water heater during the great storm and they are one of the plumbers that still work during the storm to help the neighbors! They sent a guy to assess our condo complex right after the storm (many water heater units down) so many neighbors decided to go with them.
It's a little difficult to reach them on the phone posted on their website due to the extreme call volume after the storm - tried Facebook message and that's an easier way to reach them.
Installation was a breeze, they showed up on time, very experienced team and they installed a water heater around an hour.

One of our water heaters sprung a leak just before Christmas and threatened to literally dampen our holiday but these guys would not have it. They were courteous and responsive, punctual and efficient, friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue during their first visit, offered various options to address it and explained the pros and cons. We agreed to replace both of the water heaters with a tankless system, which they did an excellent job of installing at a very fair price, getting us back to normal just in time for Santa's visit. The new system is working great and our attic looks so much better without the huge tanks up there! Oh yeah, they were also very good about following COVID protocols.
