These guys are the greatest! Fast response to our problem: We were to have new trees planted but one of the 3' x 3' holes had a little standing water in it. The tree people asked us to have ""a water leak"" fixed by a plumber and call them back to reschedule tree planting. 4 Pals came out the next day, told us we did not have a water leak and charged us nothing. We asked if they had a camera to look in our sewer line just for our peace of mind. Their camera was in Texas being repaired. but they called a guy for us who they said was honest and conscientious. 4 Pals came out again 1n 2 days with the guy that scoped our sewer line and pronounced it to be fine. They cleaned up the site at the sewer cleanout they had used for access . We are very happy with 4 Pals Plumbing. Very informative guys, quick response, fair pricing. We have used them several times before for home stuff and will absolutely use them again.

They sent a couple technicians to our salon to do an annual back flow test. We needed to remove a bunch of products which were stored where we had our back flow devices.
The lead tech then slaps his hands and snaps his fingers as they're leaving to ask my wife for money. They charged $50/device, and it took them a total of 10 minutes.
I told him to send me a bill, that we weren't going to just hand him payment without a work order in hand. They then compromised and allowed us to pay by check, but I had to take a photo of the work order issued to him, with our check, and noting the bill had been paid.

Great service--on time and installed faucets as requested. Billing was slow to receive invoice. My check finally cleared 1 month after service. I would use this service again.

Been using 4 pals for years and I haven't had any issue with them. Had them install faucets and shower faucets and clear washer drains and kitchen drains. The cost wasn't too bad. Maybe a tad on the expensive side but they seem to be honest and fair.

This is my second time using 4 Pals and they were really great again. Armando came out and figured out the problem. Fixed me up quickly. They cleaned up afterwards and I am a happy customer. They are my go to guys now.

Terrible service. Was sent out to check out a leak from my air conditioning furnace unit (Used by my HOA) spent 10 minutes, said the unit was OK to use (I asked them 3 times to confirm the ""OK""). Left no paperwork, instructions, or anything.

After my family spent a week in a hotel to get the carpets dried, came home, started the air conditioner, and the same leak started AGAIN!!!!

Avoid these guys at all cost.

Good, but too expensive. They charged me $97.50 to come to the house and we're gone in less than 10 minutes after snaking my toilet. I'm now using Super Star Plumbing and it was only $39.

He listened, explained what to do & assisted me in a temporary work around so I could keep the water main on!
