Called for an after hours back up in our shower. Armando came out and diagnosed which line was plugged and sent a snake up the line to clear the blockage. No fuss no muss :-)

Very disappointed. Terrible responsiveness and communication. I was required to use them as they are on a list of providers in my complex. It took (I checked my emails and phone records) 3 months and approximately 8 phone calls just to get an estimate! to install a refrigerator water line. When Braulio finally came out, he dented the side of my refrigerator and left it standing 8 inches from the wall and told me ""if you push it back you will break the pipe and it will be your fault"" and told me ""that is only logic"". His work was shoddy and he was rude. When he left I looked behind the fridge and it was leaking! I called Ben and he sent him back immediately to fix the leak. Then he finally pushed the fridge back to its normal placement, after all the unnecessary stress. Unprofessional all around.

Came out to give me a quote on hydro-jetting my sewage lines. Stated they call me back to set up a date. Week later I called them back to set up the appointment they never called me on. They came out that day. As they were cleaning out the main line the sewage backed up into the garage. The black sewage went everywhere around the laundry. They halfway wiped up the area they were working in and left the rest for me to clean. Do not use them!

We have used 4 Pals for many years. They do quality work at a fair price, plus they are really nice guys.

Ben saved us on 4th of July weekend. Our water heater started to leak the morning of the 4th. We called and left a message with their service, legitimately expecting to wait until at least the 5th. Within an hour, we had a call back and a quick visit from Ben to drain the tank and reroute the line to by bypass the leaking tank.

By 9am on the 5th we had a crew at our home changing out the water heater. We were back in business before noon. That is amazing customer service.

I had to get some work done on the fire sprinklers in our building. I wanted to find a local company and they were the 1st number I dialed. I was in a hurry but kind of expecting to get pushed back for a few days. They picked up the phone on the 1st ring and it immediately went to work on trying to get me taking care of. Ben showed up an hour later to assess the situation and told me he would be back the next day to get it taken care of. They showed up exactly when they said that they would and they did the job exactly how it was supposed to be done. It's rare to find a good contractor So I guess I would say this company is pretty rare. Fair pricing and excellent customer service is what these guys are all about. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Once again I had a plumbing problem at an inconvenient time. They are the MOST RESPONSIVE, BEST PLUMBERS IN THE WORLD! In my last life when I was young I had a license for B1, C20 and C36. I have never seen subcontractors this good!

I just want to say Ben and his team of professionals (Victor) came to my aid during this past holiday with a house full of out of town relatives, and performed a spot-on job got me up in running in no time flat. 4pals) make it look so easy. This next comment is the pros and cons of this review: I have to confess I did call another plumber prior to 4pals, Best electric and plumbing.please do not call them...at all,they are not professional.I didn't want to mention their name but I felt it informational to you all that they don't care to give you good service,they don't put in any effort !! Their service is to have you dig deep in your pocket for another product of theirs which cost in the vicinity of $1100 vs $150 please call 4pals first they are your one stop shop PROFESSIONALS they care about your needs Thanks again Ben/Victor

Very professional and honest. Have had the 4pals crew out to my residence for toilet and water heater install. The crew is polite and very punctual, you are not held hostage in your home all day when waiting for service call. Its hard to find a decent plumber these days, I would definitely recommend. Their service are is mainly south OC.

My association uses these guys and scheduled between 10-11. Came home early and had to use vacation time. I was leaving to go back to work at 11:05 and they showed up. No call , no explosion, now forced to take more time off work because they are late.
