I have used 4 Pals Plumbing for many years and have always been pleased with their response and service. When it's an emergency, they respond promptly and listen to all my concerns. They help clean up my DIY plumbing projects after things don't go quite as I had planned. They are reasonable with their pricing, pleasant and professional. I do trust them to get the work done correctly and properly.

They are a symphony with a pipe wrench!!!! I had a slab leak with my furniture floating away. They fixed everything in a timely manor and even put my furniture back! Don't know what I would have done without them.

4 Pals was sent by our rental condo's HOA to do a repipe. They seemed ok--got the job done reasonably efficiently though not really sure how well (a complicated copper job at our primary residence done today looked MUCH neater and better assembled).

I thought it might be convenient for me to have them replace the condo main shutoff valve which never did work right. They did it quickly BUT charged $375, which sounded high, but it was convenient not to stick around long or come back another time, but then I realized it was only for the valve and not the regulator, which in my experience should be done at the same time, especially since it seemed to be the original, same age as the valve. They had never checked it or suggested changing it.

Before they left we realized the valve was leaking. They tightened it a bit and it seemed to stop so they left. A couple of days later I was at the condo again and there was a stream of water from the valve; the tenant had already told me that neighbors were telling her about it. I called the same guys and they came out and tightened it some more. I asked them about it and they checked the pressure--sure enough it was over 100 psi--as if there were NO regulator at all!

I asked them how much to install a regulator; they called their office and they said $300. Total of $675!! I reneged, so they called the office again and they said $195--""no labor charge."" Still seemed high at $570 total but they said that's because they were already there and could do it right away but it would be $300 if they had to come back. I said no.

Glad I did--I checked my records to see what I paid for a good plumber to do BOTH valve and regulator a little over a year ago at our primary home and it was just $336 TOTAL! It never leaked. Just today I asked two other plumbers what they would charge and it was about $400 for BOTH valve and regulator.

So....the work is questionable so I say look elsewhere. If you still want them, be SURE to compare rates! I gave three stars since they were pretty patient and were willing to persist, but the job was not the best and they clearly overcharged!

Have used 4PALS many times over the years and the service & advice is always spot on. The work is done in a timely manner and they never leave a mess.
We had no hot water in the AM and a new water heater installed by 3PM the same day - what a relief. Thank you Ben!

Do not call this company for your plumbing needs. The plumber that they sent out was extremely rude. He flushed the toilet a couple of times and told me there was no clog even though my toilet is still not working properly. When I called to book the appointment, there was no mention of any service fee, but I just received a bill for $97.50. I called them once last night to inquire about this charge and was told I would receive a call back- that didn't happen. I called again today and the person on the other end was less than helpful and not apologetic about my experience. He also told me I would ""maybe"" receive a call back from the manager. The only reason I called this company was because I was referred by my HOA. Never using this company again. UPDATE: Just received a call back from the general manager, Ben. He zeroed out the invoice as promised.

Don't use them. My association called them for a leak in my condo, it was a Sunday evening, about 5:30. They came out & were there for no longer than 10 minutes, no exaggeration. They did NOTHING. They looked at garage ceiling & said you need dry out & drywall then left. They billed my association $292.00 for a 10 minute visit. I now have to reimburse the association. Total, total overcharge.

We have used 4 Pals many times for our plumbing needs, they are truly the best plumbers we have ever used. All of the staff is so professional, and kind. Every time we have called they come out promptly, fix the problem and clean everything up it has always been done correctly. They know what they are doing and have the best service. I would highly recommend 4 Pals Plumbing.

Tried calling them for the first time and have a lot of question. I didn't know I'm talking the dispatcher but she was extremely rude and raised her voice. When I call for help, either I get a voicemail or someone eager to help me. And talking to a dispatcher that care not about helping and hearing about problem was a first for me. Made the whole process a negative one.

Called them around 9 am on a Sunday morning and they had 2 guys out by 11. The main sewer line had some blockage and they removed the toilet, snaked it, reset the toilet, in under an hour. Very great, personable crew that worked very hard. Thanks Armando and partner. Very reasonable and happy with their service. Fingers crossed that no more problems arise!
