Professional, reliable and considerate on so many levels. I cannot say enough about 4 Leaf Plumbing and the service they provided me just days before I was expecting family in town for the holidays. Last year I used a different plumbing service in my area and sthey took advantage of my trust. I appreciate knowing that I can rely on 4 Leaf Plumbing to b honest, fair and efficient. I highly recommend them and will sing their praise to anyone in need of a good plumber. I want to start by saying that I had absolutely no interest, whatsoever, involving a plumber on our alleged DIY project. But, I also both believe this is where the big box retailers "get you," and I know when I'm in over my head relative to time and bandwidth. ;)

And, BTW, the online videos for some of the DIY projects by some these retailers are not, at all, representative of the actual work to be done OR the "right" way to do it. Geez.

So, in response to what should have been an easy-breezy sink installation accompanying new countertops, we bit the bullet -- and engaged a plumber.

BUT, this was 'the' best decision ... The plumber AND owner, Joshua, told us exactly what needed to be done (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 1); where the big box retailer went south in their estimate (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 2); exactly whom we should engage for the prep work (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 3); and, exactly what to expect and, then, what to coordinate via the countertop installer (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 4).

And, then, the plumber's work was great!!! They were also easy to schedule (Thank you, Alyssa!) and very, VERY accommodating. 5 stars all the way!!! 4 Leaf Plumbing will, indeed, see return business from us.

One bit of advice for anyone considering or in the midst of a project like ours ... Don't get upset with the plumber, if/when they bring you "bad" news in the form of additional work scope. (They are doing what they are sub-contracted to do via the big box retailer -- and you would do the very same thing ... and not work at risk or for free, or both.) Go back to the big box retailer; present them with THEIR information; argue your point; and, have the big box retailer make it right. Or, request a refund and take your business elsewhere. ;)

Hired 4 Leaf to do a plumbing repair and replace a shower faucet. Their credit card reader did not work and so I could not pay with a credit card.
I offered to pay with a check, but for some reason without the credit card reader Josh could not tell me the amount of the check. I told him to just send a bill, or call me when his credit card device was working again. In the meantime I discovered that the work was faulty and he would need to return to correct it. That evening, while I was at dinner with friends, I received what could only be described as a barrage of increasingly nasty text messages from his spouse, Alyssa. She was demanding that I immediately call her with my credit card info. After many nasty text messages, I informed Alyssa that I was at dinner with friends, that the work was faulty and that I would give Josh the credit card or a check when he came to fix the faulty work. She lost it and started threatening me and was incredibly rude and insulting. I stood my ground and the next day Josh came by, fixed the faulty work and I paid him by credit card using his now functional credit card reader. Josh was pleasant, but did not install the faucet correctly. Alyssa is...not pleasant. I'll never use 4 Leaf again. I have even refused to purchase installation through Lowe's because 4 Leaf is the installer. Hire someone else.

This should be called Jekyll and Hyde Plumbing. Our first experience, they installed an appliance from Lowe's. Professional, pleasant, did a good job, fair price (set by Lowe's). So when we had a broken pipe, we called them. Big mistake. After stringing us along all day they said at 5 pm they couldn't come until the next morning and quoted a high price, but we were without water and it was too late to call anyone else. But OK, we were desperate and they knew it. The next day, they did the pipe repair, but not the full scope of work as my husband said he would repair the sheetrock to lower the price. Their credit card reader wouldn't work and they wouldn't tell us how much it would cost. The wife called later and told us it was the full price (in spite of not doing the full job) but we said we had a problem with the install-the faucet wasn't working properly (it would turn on, and then turn off as you turned it further, then turn back on) which we only discovered after they left. This is where she lost it. She said to pay first and then they would fix it. We said come fix it and we will pay you then. She threatened us and said it was THEFT OF SERVICES (Nope. We never said we wouldn't pay. Just fix it first). In spite of telling us we had a one year warranty, and without even knowing the problem, she said it was a manufacturer's defect, not installation. (Again, No. It was determined to be an installation problem after her husband looked at it). After ruining our evening with crazy texts (maybe she is bi-polar? Or just Rude.) the husband came out, fixed the problem, and we paid their over-inflated full price charge (although he didn't do the rest of the sheet rock work for which the price was quoted). We just wanted to get rid of these rude people (well, only the wife, The husband is fine-although his work was defective). So, buyer beware. You might get the nice version, or the rude nasty version, depending on the day. If you like Russian Roulette, these are your folks. As for me, I don't expect to be charged top price AND treated rudely. I will take my business elsewhere.

Personable, professional and knowledgeable. Josh came to look at my plumbing that's tied into my heating for my condo. Historically the heat doesn't always work, but worked when he came out. He did not charge despite coming all the way out to check it.

I will definitely use 4 Leaf Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs that may arise.

Josh and Alyssa are the best you can hope to work with. After dealing with far too many plumbers and scammers, I found them. They have been helping me with my issues going on 5 years now and most recently, did an entire re-plumbing of the whole house. They went out of their way to make it affordable for me and to make it on my deadlines. They communicate, are respectful, and most of all know what they are doing. I plan to have them do my next house too.

Josh and Alyssa were just the best. Super easy to deal with, and when it came to my situation with my home warranty company and seeing the condition my water heater was in, and with me being a first time homeowner, they had my back from the jump and made sure to put me at ease, and got me taken care of. They were able to upgrade my water heater to a Commercial Grade which is just the bomb, and even though I had a seperate electric issue, Alyssa made sure to call me on a Saturday morning and check on my issue, and wants her to be my first call for issues on the water heater. From now on, ANY plumbing issue I have, 4 Leaf is my first call, and you'd be wise to make them your first call too.
