These folks are FABULOUS!!! Josh & Alyssa are a one of a kind couple & One of a kind Company!!! Very family oriented & are BY FAR the most HONEST & truly caring Company! I have managed Commercial Construction for over 30 years , and know reputable Companies. I only wished I had found out about this Company sooner. I want to start by saying that I had absolutely no interest, whatsoever, involving a plumber on our alleged DIY project. But, I also both believe this is where the big box retailers "get you," and I know when I'm in over my head relative to time and bandwidth. ;)

And, BTW, the online videos for some of the DIY projects by some these retailers are not, at all, representative of the actual work to be done OR the "right" way to do it. Geez.

So, in response to what should have been an easy-breezy sink installation accompanying new countertops, we bit the bullet -- and engaged a plumber.

BUT, this was 'the' best decision ... The plumber AND owner, Joshua, told us exactly what needed to be done (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 1); where the big box retailer went south in their estimate (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 2); exactly whom we should engage for the prep work (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 3); and, exactly what to expect and, then, what to coordinate via the countertop installer (Countertop Installer 0, Plumber 4).

And, then, the plumber's work was great!!! They were also easy to schedule (Thank you, Alyssa!) and very, VERY accommodating. 5 stars all the way!!! 4 Leaf Plumbing will, indeed, see return business from us.

One bit of advice for anyone considering or in the midst of a project like ours ... Don't get upset with the plumber, if/when they bring you "bad" news in the form of additional work scope. (They are doing what they are sub-contracted to do via the big box retailer -- and you would do the very same thing ... and not work at risk or for free, or both.) Go back to the big box retailer; present them with THEIR information; argue your point; and, have the big box retailer make it right. Or, request a refund and take your business elsewhere. ;)

Hired 4 Leaf to do a plumbing repair and replace a shower faucet. Their credit card reader did not work and so I could not pay with a credit card.
I offered to pay with a check, but for some reason without the credit card reader Josh could not tell me the amount of the check. I told him to just send a bill, or call me when his credit card device was working again. In the meantime I discovered that the work was faulty and he would need to return to correct it. That evening, while I was at dinner with friends, I received what could only be described as a barrage of increasingly nasty text messages from his spouse, Alyssa. She was demanding that I immediately call her with my credit card info. After many nasty text messages, I informed Alyssa that I was at dinner with friends, that the work was faulty and that I would give Josh the credit card or a check when he came to fix the faulty work. She lost it and started threatening me and was incredibly rude and insulting. I stood my ground and the next day Josh came by, fixed the faulty work and I paid him by credit card using his now functional credit card reader. Josh was pleasant, but did not install the faucet correctly. Alyssa is...not pleasant. I'll never use 4 Leaf again. I have even refused to purchase installation through Lowe's because 4 Leaf is the installer. Hire someone else.
