Hired 4Js to replace a main sewer line, big job, $12k. Needed to dig up foundation from one end of the condo to the other and pull out old iron sewer pipe and replace with pvc pipe. They also provided stub ups for sinks toilets showers, etc. Basic piping went good with the exception of issues in the kitchen with the clean out ((turned the wrong way) and the elevation of the stub up (which the plumber refused to fix). 4Js did not stick to the job at hand, they were busy starting another job in the Hueneme Bay complex and delaying ours. When it came time to install toilets and other fixtures, as he had promised he would do, he was too busy working on the next big job.
If you hire them get firm commitments on job scope and time line.
