The worst experience I have ever had with any home repair. 3 months dealing with this company and still no driveway. Do not pay this guy in advance.

I had this company waterproof the part of my basement that leaked every time there was a heavy rain,and the water deluge in August 2014. After a month or two, water was seeping through some of the walls in the repaired area. After inspection , the company repaired the areas in question,
NOW,comes my reason for a bad review!
In June of 2017 an area began to weep water from the wall in the repaired area, I called Robert Gray, co-owner of this firm. He came out for an inspection. He said he would send a tech out to repair the leak. I called him almost every month to come out and please fix my leak.
Every time I called he said he was backed up, that he had the repair note at his desk, and it would get taken care of at some time soon.
Well here it is, January of 2018. NO repair date given, no repair!!!
Their waterproof job came with a ""lifetime transferable warranty"".
I am so disappointed at this firm's lack of concern for service after the sale! I've waited months to write this scathing review hoping my repair would be taken care of. Well, it hasn't! Now I'm wondering what service I would get for a major leak in the future from 4-Ever Water-Tite!!

Thank you 4-Ever Water-Tite! A leaky finished basement is stressful. Selecting a company to jackhammer your basement floor to correct a malfunctioning drain tile is scary. 4-Ever Water-Tite was recommended to us by a friend. They came out to diagnose and estimate our repair quickly. We received other quotes and their guys took longer to come out only adding to the stress. The quotes and diagnosis where very similar. Our decision ultimately came down to who we trusted more. We trusted Robert because he LISTENED to us. We where not interested in cutting corners on this repair. We have a finished basement that doubles as a music studio. We repeatedly stated that this has to be a 1 and done. We cannot do this twice. Robert suggested a thorough repair that carries a lifetime transferable warranty on all work. The job started quickly as promised. It took 5 days to remove and replace the drain tile system. Each day a crew arrived promptly and had their individual specialty. Large jackhammering, detail jackhammering and debris removal, plumbing, drain tile installation, and repairing the exposed floor. The crews cleaned up and treated our home and our things with respect and dignity. Despite the noise and disruption we where sorry to see them go when they where done. These crews work HARD. We feel lucky that they where recommended to us. Thank you again to everyone that worked so hard for us. We appreciate you.
