Very unprofessional. Tuesday early afternoon, arranged a repair visit onlne through Yelp. I was initially advised me a technician would come 4-6pm Tuesday. Myron called to say the technician had some kind of difficulty. I did not get a name for the technician who was supposed to come. Rescheduled for Wednesday 10-12. Nobody showed up. At 1pm I called to ask when someone would come. Myron said he was free at 3:30. Nobody showed up. Thursday morning, I called Myron again to cancel the service request. He asked me who the technician was supposed to be. He had never told me any technician's name.

This is the most poorly organized service provider I've ever dealt with.

Maybe one of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had with a plumber.

Gentleman comes to my house to look at some plumbing and appliance issues I'm having.
After discussing the issue he states he needs to submit a claim with my home warranty company for the plumbing and begins to work on my washing machine.
Mind you, the issue at hand he has no idea how to resolve. So he claims there's an air bubble in my pump (pump works great) which is crazy because the pump is gravity fed. Takes the pump apart, puts it back together and tells me to run it a few times and if it doesn't work he'll come back.. we do a quick cycle check and it's obviously not spinning still but he says it's probably just stuck and the pump will fix it..
It doesn't.

He goes to leave and I let him know that my home warranty company (who he worked with to get my info and lead on my repairs)
Will pay him the $65 trouble call..

He then says.. "" Fuck, if I would have known that I wouldn't have come here. How am I going to put gas in my car to get home?""

We call the home warranty company together because he tells me if I don't pay he won't submit the plumbing diagnoses and I'll never get my claims resolved because he has to pay the home warranty company to submit a claim I guess...

Incredibly unprofessional and quite frankly embarrassing on his part..
I was shocked as I've never had someone work on my house who tells me they can't afford to get home if I don't pay them on the spot.

I ask if he accepts card or check, no only cash app.. which is sketchy. I then have to download cash app, plug in my info and send the trouble call that my home warranty has already told him they'd pay.
He declines to give me a receipt and claims I'll get one via email which of course never comes.

5 days later I call my home warranty company to ask where we are with the claims and he has never submitted them.

I call and text him multiple times to inform him that the washing machine isn't working still and ask if he could submit the claim as to not delay my plumbing issue any longer.

He never responds and won't get in touch with my home warranty company..

Absolutely terrible... I wouldn't have them call me back to my house if it was flooding..

Extremely poor customer service and professionalism..
Look elsewhere if you need plumbing or appliance repair!!!!

I Booked dryer service for a broken knob through Yelp. 3rd Gen Plumbing & Appliance arrived and messaged me that they fixed the knob, but also needed to return in a few days with an upgraded part that they would install.
They proceeded to send an invoice for the repair and I paid. Turns out they never fixed the dryer and they played games by scheduling a return visit 3 times but never showed up all 3 times. It's been almost 3 weeks since the original appointment and my payment.

I don't recommend this company.

Had clogged main drain to sewer with back up in basement. Notified 3rd Gen Plumbing and they gave me same day dispatch (on a Sunday). The plumber that came out (Myrron) was very professional and got the job done. The price was a little high, but it's a Sunday.
