Kyle E.I Booked dryer service for a broken knob through Yelp. 3rd Gen Plumbing & Appliance arrived and messaged me that they fixed the knob, but also needed to return in a few days with an upgraded part that they would install.
They proceeded to send an invoice for the repair and I paid. Turns out they never fixed the dryer and they played games by scheduling a return visit 3 times but never showed up all 3 times. It's been almost 3 weeks since the original appointment and my payment.
I don't recommend this company.
Bob B.Had clogged main drain to sewer with back up in basement. Notified 3rd Gen Plumbing and they gave me same day dispatch (on a Sunday). The plumber that came out (Myrron) was very professional and got the job done. The price was a little high, but it's a Sunday.

AliciaWe are having issues with our toilet. It's the only one in our house. They were friendly and priced awesome. Our toilet is proving to be a difficult project and will likely need a follow up visit, but they got it to where it flushes with occasional plunging as opposed to not flushing at all. Thankful for that.
