Not worthy of one star but was required to post. I was charged for a ""free estimate"". Had an appt set for work to be done and 3G's cancelled on the day of my appt, at their arrival time. Owner said ""we will call this week to to reschedule."" It has been 5 weeks and no phone call at all, but I received another invoice for my ""free estimate"" including a finance charge. I would NEVER recommend 3 G's Plumbing. And, yes, I have left messages for the office and no returned calls.

This organization is truly a family affair. As such I really felt the whole team is on your side. I'm having major work done on my house, with the installation of a new bathroom, and a new furnace and air conditioner. I'm having 3 G's do the whole job. I have found them to be ultra-trustworthy, ultra-efficient and not over-priced in any way. If I could give them 6 stars I would absolutely do so.

Called 3GS Plumbing to fix an outdoor shower that was leaking, simple right. The plumber tells me he can't replace just the spindle for whatever reason he gave some bull... or other. I have to put a new mixing valve on ok go ahead. My mistake was not asking how much !!Goes and gets the new shower valve puts it on along with a couple of unions to make it easier to remove.So they got me for 169.00 for the service call and almost 600.00 for the valve and union install which took about an hour. So it looks like 3GS bills out at about 275.00 an hour . Will never call them again and will contact the BBB my mistake I thought oh new valve and a couple of unions should be about 375.00-400.00 tops these guys are crooks just my opinion

I hired 3 G's to fix a problem with an ejector pump basement bath. They sent 2 people and one worked the other watched, yet they charged me for both. The owner said I should have told the other one to leave. The broke the pipe and patched it with a rubber gasket. They had to come back several times as they did not fix the problem. Do yourself a favor and stay away from 3G's.

I spent weeks trying to get 3 G's to finish a job after the initial inspection. After finally finding a time when I could be at the house I got stood up. They simply never showed, even after I called them twice during the day to make sure they were still on their way. The next day one of the bosses called to issue a lame apology and after I said I wasn't going to bother rebooking them after having lost a day of work the boss turned rude and insulted me and told me he couldn't care less if I ever used the again. Very much no good.

I moved into a new home and the mixing valve in the bath broke. Only hot water. I called 3Gs on Sunday afternoon. The answering service took my info and said someone would call on Monday morning.
Monday morning arrived and they called.They sent a guy out and I problem was fixed. Great service and fair pricing. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

So I'm washing dishes at the sink and my feet are getting wet. Ins this a problem? After realizing that Irish and Plumbing don't mixed I called my friends over at 3Gs. The had someone out that day to take care of my pesky pike. Good service and honest folks.
