3G Plumbing and Backflow came through like champs when I had to have major plumbing work done under my house. Ryan was very professional and kept in constant communication with me. His plumbing guys did a great job and his digging sub-contractor made the yard look better than it was before, even fixing a couple of things they didn't have to.

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

Indeed polite when making appointment. This guy also uses multiple phone numbers 2143566867, same address. Had to wait 2 days for appointment. Took a chance as he came recommended by someone in neighborhood. On the day of appointment he was supposed to be here btw 9-11. No call, no update, nothing, just a no show. "Office" does not answer the phone, no call back. This is a plumber with no back up, not even administrative. Note that this is the second review on Yelp where he's just not showed up. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER, IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO HAVE SEVERAL NO SHOWS WITH NO CALL BACKS. Call Bill The Plumber at 940-768-9070. He's awesome!

NO SHOW NO CALL

Chris was very polite over the phone scheduling my appointment and apologizing for not being able to fix my AC drain issue for 3 days that left me without AC in June heat. But I accepted the wait time and suffered the heat. When appointment time came on a Friday afternoon, he was a NO SHOW NO CALL, and did not answer or return the 4 phone calls I gave him. Being without AC for a week and being on a friday afternoon at 5pm , I had no choice than to pay after hours and emergency fees to get some AC. This was not acceptable, and I would never recommend 3G Plumbing due to their inconsideration not to even return my call if they were unable to come.

We used 3G Plumbing & Backflow services when we needed a faucet leak fixed in our bathroom and a minor commode issue addressed. They came out and took care of the problem and when my faucet leak turned out to be more of a challenge, they were knowledgable about what and where to order the necessary part (it was an older style bathroom faucet). They had us taken care of in a reasonable timeframe and for a reasonable price. I will call 3G Pluming & Backflow for any other plumbing needs in the future.
