We have used a national chain plumber and a Northern VA chain plumber in the past with horrible results. 3-D Roger Rooter Plumbing showed up promptly for our after-hours issue and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue sooner than expected and for less than expected.

Very honest Veteran-Owned business. They are our plumbing company from now on.

Jennifer is great at scheduling...very prompt and courteous.

The actual plumbing leaves a lot to be desired....sloppy, dirty work. We had to call again because the sink was leaking as soon as they left. Very disrespectful of your property--they'll spill water everywhere and just use whatever they can as a bucket without asking. Worst of all--the plumber used the toilet and didn't even flush. They are very expensive and they seem to want to take the east way out....we'll likely have someone else come out and check their work.

We learned our lesson and will be calling a real plumber next time.

I do not use plumbers a lot and not sure if I am an expert to review the service but...one thing that irritated me is that at they advertise that the estimate is 29.95. Be careful. It is 29.95 per problem. I had a dishwasher problem which I expected to pay for the estimate. They tested the pipes. Took 5 min. I also had a question for the basement and the gentlemen only ran the water to the drain. No work was performed. I was asked to pay $65. When I called the office to inquire what $65 was for, Jennifer could not explain. She said: ""Roger had to perform some work for you"".

This company (3-d Roger Rooter) made a plugged bathroom pluming job very difficult and took 4 times the time arguing about the cost verses what it took to do the job. It was the worst experience from a service person, and I had many jobs before. You call a Plumber who will took over the issue and not keep burdening you. The job was left with water and dirt in the bathroom and on the carpet even though he made me pay extra money to keep water and dirt away.

I usually like to give positive reviews but this is the first negative for me.
I will never recommend such plumber.

I called Roger to work on a place I am renting at. the landlord was to lazy to come and do the work so I had to call my oen plumber. I called Roger and he came charged me 245 because it was the weekend. That was fine! Then I called again because I am experiencing high water bills and wanted to see if there was a leak and maybe I would fix it so lower my bill. Called him he rescheduled three times, He finally calls me out of the blue and tells me we would be at my house at a certain time, I say okay but call before you come because I will be working late all week and I want to make sure I am home. On the day he was supposed to come I was still out working never received a call in advance, he calls me when he is a minute from my house and says that he is on the way, mind you he has cancelled three times prior and never gave me a warning call to let me know he was DEFINATELY COMING. i try to explain to him that I was not home and would not be home for at least another 45 minutes and he starts to be rude and goes on to tell me that he has been trying to dget to me and he is only charging me 20. Before I can even get anything out he says he cant work with me any longer and hangs up the phone! I was so upset! But nevertheless he is rude and does not keep appointments!

In the morning I called this company to get a toilet unplugged and he said he would be out in the afternoon. At 5 pm I called again and was told they were on another job and couldn't come until this morning. This morning they showed up, fixed the toilet within 30-minutes using a snake and charged me an exorbitant fee of $295. They said it was because they had to access the septic main pipe (which was easy, because I have an access opening outside near the septic.) The man who came was John Richards, the brother/son of the owner at Dad's 3-D Plumbing...(Richards' Home Services) so, I don't even know if this guy was licensed! Anyway.....Never use either company! It was a rip off and scam!!!!!!! No parts were replaced and no other equipment was used other than a snake. Very very bad. I paid the bill, but want to warn you...do NOT use this company!
