They showed up 30 minutes late, it took approximately one hour to unclog our sink's drain. No complaints on the work side.
However, ahead of time, I had discussed pricing and they stated a single drain cleaning is $350 (2 drains is $550, if they have to move a toilet to get to unblock sewer side, it'd by $750). I have that in writing. It was a Sunday and shorter notice, so I was OK with that, as I clarified it was a single drain only. After they did that work, they tried to charge me $850. This was a single drain connection point auger, nothing more complex and no other points accessed. Totally unacceptable. Unless you're much better at haggling than I am, avoid. I ended up paying $550 (this was after a lot of back and forth). I won't make this mistake again.
