We love YELP!!!! So much easier searching for trusted, quality professionals. Fortunately for us we found Alan. We called him Friday night because our shower inlet line was broken. He offered to come right over but we agreed on Saturday morning because we had a prior commitment. 1100 AM Saturday morning he arrived as agreed. He explained the repair in easy to understand English, quoted us a very reasonable price so we hired him on the spot. He completed the repair in an hour and actually cleaned up after himself. Wow, we really liked that.
There are so many good, 5 STAR rated plumbers to choose from but we chose Alan because he was so responsive and really listened to our concerns. Renee and I really recommend Alan and know you will be pleased with his work. We'd give him 10 Stars if we could!!!

I can now finally have a name when anyone asks if I know a plumber. Our water tank had a leak and our entire garage was flooded. We called Alan late Friday afternoon, he was here by evening time and said that he's able to do it the next day. His prices were competitive but that didn't take anything away from his excellent and professional service.

He was able to fix our problem immediately so we can have hot water again. Alan is the man and I'm so relived I have someone I can trust from now on. Absolutely Excellent Service!! Called Alan at 4:15 pm and told him my issue with the water heater. He showed up within 45 minutes. Job completed before 7 p.m. Could not have asked for a nicer person. He gave me what looks like a fair price. Did not charge for coming late in his day. I would not hesitate to call him again! Love to use local business!

Amazing service! I called and they literally showed up in 20 mins. My garage was flooded as water heater leaked and no one else I called could come till later at night or next morning.

We experienced a flex line leak to our water heater. It was Sunday evening on MLK holiday weekend, and our usual plumber was not available. Alan responded to our emergency call, he was at our home within an hour, he diagnosed the problem right away, and he quoted a fair price to replace both hot and cold flex lines. Despite the tight space, Alan worked efficiently to bleed the water heater to ensure no pressure issues, then he disconnected the old flex lines, perfectly shaped and welded new flex lines, and then he re-lit the pilot light, fired up the water heater, and adjusted the temperature. He tested the lines, and there were no leaks! The whole job took about an hour. Alan is polite and easy to work with, and he got us out of a fix. Thank-you!

Last February my water water heater failed.
We were in SF only for a few days... so time was of the essence.
I called several companies and Alan came by the same day... after hours!
Next day by 12Noon I had a new fully hooked up water heater.
Alan, also leaves your place clean and neat!
His prices are fair and his work is meticulous.

Last fall I had Alan change my bath tub, sink, and toilet.
He is amazing!

Our tenants complained about the water heater not firing up. Very few plumbers responded to me on this Sunday except for ""Alan"" at 365 Plumbing. He took my call and was able to go out to my rental property and assess the situation right away. It's a bit of a gamble contracting someone you've never dealt with before. But, this plumber was knowledgeable and very fast. He had the necessary part(s) on hand which was great because the repair was being done after closing time of most local hardware stores in the Sunset.
