I wish I could give zero . I received a call from my mother this morning. She told me that water keeps pouring from a toilet. I found this service on yelp. Alan answered the phone. He told me he would arrive in 40 minutes. He called me again in few minutes and told me he would arrive in 15 minutes since I had an emergency. Upon arrival he called me . He told me that I had a mess in my house, few inches of water in the living room. Then he offered to send me a video! I waited for few minutes. I finally received a video showing the wood floor in my living room. Obviously, it's impossible to see the water. It's colorless ! Allen told me he could take care of the problem, dry the floor and fix the toilet . He asked for $2500 . In the past we paid about $200 for clogged toilet. Obviously, I was shocked. I asked him how much would be just to fix the toilet. I would take care of the floor. He asked for $750 I told him I would think about and he left. I arrived 20 minutes later. I had few inches of water in the living room. I was shocked since Alan didn't even turn of the water! He arrived, saw elderly women, started to make a video of the emergency, talked to me about the price for his service and didn't bother to turn off the water! I understand , it's a business but how about some sense of dignity and professionalism?!
I found a plumber. He arrived in one hour, fixed the toilet for $ 200 with three months warranty . I had to dry the floor . It took me two hours. My friend bought me a device at Home Depot to pump the water for $30 . By time he found it I took care of the water. I was lucky it was beautiful day today. I opened backyard door . The floor is dry now.

I used HomeAdvisor to obtain quotes from three plumbers, 365 Plumbing and Rooter was the only one to contact me. Alan called me a few hours after I used the app. We setup a time for an estimate and were in contact via text. He showed up promptly, and gave me a reasonable estimate to replace the anode rod in my 6+ year old water heater which was similar to another quote I received directly from another company. I chose to go with Alan because he didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need/ask for like: more earthquake strapping, better drain pain like the other company. He came on time the day of the service and came prepared with everything he needed to complete the job. He checked for leaks afterwards and did a professional job. Friendly, honest, punctual, and no nonsense. And a fair price for his work. What else could you ask for? Thank you Alan. I wouldn't hesitate to call you again.

January 1, New Year's Day - that's when our bathroom sink decided to leak. And a Home Depot run just didn't cut it. I'm now grateful that the other plumbing services I called were closed for the holiday, because we were able to find Alan at 365 Plumbing & Rooter. Called at 1pm, and he came in just a little over an hour. Other plumbing places want you to schedule out a day in advance, for a block of time that you know they'll come outside of.

Not only was Alan prompt, timely, and courteous, but he did the job quickly and left so cleanly, it was as if was never here in the first place! We hope that we won't be needing any plumbing services soon, but at least we know who to call when we do. Thank you, Alan.

I called him really late Sunday night to fix my sewer mainline clog. He helped me clear the clog rather quickly and even gave me a 30 day warranty. He's really friendly and I will recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and speedy plumber!

Words simply can't describe the how punctual, responsive, and responsible Alan is.

I called 1AM in the morning because my toilet was clogged, and he was there promptly within 30 minutes. After a quick diagnosis, he returned at 8AM and fixed the problem in a concise, professional, and reasonably-priced manner.
