I have used 365 Maintenance for 3 projects now. The first time I used them I found them online and they were the only company willing to help with my project. I needed a window unit taken out and returned and the new one installed. I was out of town and they were able to fix my problem without me being there.

Since the first project went so well I used them again to redo a master bedroom. Drywall repair, added a new light fixture, replaced rotten wood, painted and they replaced the carpet. Once again they made it look better than it did when it was new!

I have used them once more time again. This time they replaced all my outside facia boards on my home. The attention to details let me know that this is a company that knows how to do it right. Thank you Chris and Oswaldo you did a great job.

I will never use anyone else ever again but 365 Maintenance!

There was lots of different jobs to be done to get the location ready for business; 365 Maintenance was able to do it all with excellence, on time, and at a great price. The owner, Chris, took pride in his work and stayed in great communication with me along the way with the project. 365 Maintenance exceeded my expectations, so naturally, I called them back to help me this year when I had additional construction needs within in my office. I had my garbage disposal installed by 365 Maintenance this past week. The installer, Chris, first made an appointment with me for Wednesday, which he cancelled at the last minute due to inclement weather. He rescheduled an appointment for Saturday. He came promptly on time. Chris spent 20 minutes installing my garbage disposal, but I did not realize that it was done improperly until I ran my dishwasher. He forgot to remove the dishwasher plug from the garbage disposal, leading to a leak in the dishwasher and the flooding of my kitchen. When I called to inform him of this, he came the next day to fix it. They are over-priced and amateurs. I should have just gone with Home Depot, who was offering to do the install for less than half what 365 Maintenance charged me.
