Quick response, timely service and courteous. Ed came to repair a leak that we had in the shower. Unfortunately, the leak was located in a location that required him to cut through the existing drywall. He explained the situation, the best solution and performed the work in one day. The leak is fixed. I recommended him to my neighbor who used him to fix a leak at her water main. It's good to have a plumber you can trust...I found mine!

Ed responded to my emergency after he was done with his previous job and he was at my house in 10 minutes from the time he texted that he is free. The problem with the leaky water supply for the washer might need more radical repair in the future, but he found good temporary solution and he charged accordingly under his usual service charge. All in all, he was very helpful and I'd definitely call him again if I need plumbing repairs.

Ed came to my home about an hour after I called him to unclog my kitchen sink. I think it's my lucky day to get a plumber so quickly! Ed was courteous and personable, and he had me back in working order in about 20 minutes. He and his work were also very clean and neat. I highly recommend this company. I have their card on my refer and that's who Ill call the next time I need a plumber.

He was friendly on the phone and showed up right on time to provide the estimate. While spending over an hour and evaluating the job, he did not take any notes. When leaving, he said that the estimate would be done within a few days. After many days, several calls, texts, and messages that went unanswered, we received the impression that they weren't interested in the job, nor were we worth their time. This is ultimately up to the contractor, but reaching out and letting the potential customer know is probably the best way to handle this especially if they would like to be considered for work in the future. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on their actual work but would suggest that there is definitely some room for improvement with their communication.
