It could have gone better.

360 Chesterfield were asked to survey our 23 year old master shower, as the heat and water pressure variability had gotten out of hand. They returned on November 8, 2021, to install a new shower valve, and cut an access panel for future use. All went seemingly well.

The Technician, Jim, did not explain the variability of the new valve, the ability to adjust the pressure and removed every water pressure reducing measure within the multi-function shower head. In addition, he did not ask my wife to evaluate the flow of water, once all of this was accomplished. Upon leaving, my wife discovered the pressure from the shower head almost knocked her over while taking a shower. We placed a call back to 360 Plumbing and my wife spoke to ""Bob"". My wife's question to him was; ""What can we do to reduce the water pressure?"" Bob's response was; ""I will check and get back with you and, if we have to come back, you will be charged."" We have not heard a word since. It is now 11/24/21.

Although 360's rating is high, and we had used them for other services, we will not use them going forward. While the quality of the work was good, the communications and dismissive inference when the work was questioned is not something to be tolerated. On to find another plumber.

I thank my lucky stars that I picked 360 Plumbing Service from a number of other Plumbing companies in the tri-city area of Richmond that I researched and called. This will be my go to plumbing company and I highly recommend them. Bob the owner is efficient, trustworthy, reasonable with pricing and responds back in a timely manner. I could not have been more pleased with Devin who showed up as scheduled. He was very polite and professional. He replaced the original kitchen sink that was 18 years old. It was all rusted underneath the sink and he had quite a challenge getting it loose. Devin also fixed the garbage disposal that had stopped working years ago. I wanted it taken out because I did not think it could be fixed after sitting unused for so many year. He recommended that he first try to get it unjammed because it would cost me less than removing it and installing a connecting pipe. It was jammed so tightly that he had to remove it from under the sink. He also cleaned it up because it was nasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable bill since he worked extra time to complete both jobs to his satisfaction and to mine as well.

Bob ( the owner of 360) and Scott found a way to make a challenging plumbing project work. I had a Jacuzzi tub that had little space to install a new faucet. Solder was not a good solution for most of the joints of the fixture assembly I picked, so they used PEX connectors to complete the the install. I am very pleased with the work, Bob's willingness to find a solution, and their can do attitude. If you have a complicated project you can be sure 360 will preserver and you will be happy with the result. I unhesitatingly recommend 360 plumbing Service!

I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY recommend 360 Plumbing. We found a leak around 7pm & had to shut our water off. As a family of 5 I'm sure you can imagine the inconvenience of this! After filling 5 gallon buckets of water to flush our toilets I called at least 5 places. 360 WAS THE ONLY company who answered that late AND said they could come the next day. They arrived on time & were extremely efficient & professional. Not only were they reliable, but their pricing was reasonable too. Thank you for saving us so quickly 360!!!!

Very friendly and thorough service. Reasonable prices and on time service. Technician came out and assessed the problem. Got the right part and scheduled the repair and was on time. I haven't had any more issues with the sprinkler system.

Amazing! I had a leaky kitchen sink. He came out and reworked the entire pipe system. I should have used them when it was installed initially.

Nothing but good vibes. My wife is amazing at knowing good character and she really likes the staff and tradesmen with 360. Keith give you that pride of knowing the jobs done right, also walked me through the process and did exactly what was expected.

Hard to find someone you can trust, 360 is amazing and literally goes the extra mile to do what's in the best interest of the costumer. Highly recommend, for all plumbing needs, water heater, gas lines, and a good conversation.
