I have gained experience at numerous large plumbing firms in Kansas City, however, the rates were unreasonable. Consequently, I decided to start my own plumbing business. I refrain from paying for promotions; I take care of all outreach myself and rely on word of mouth to keep expenses low. I adhere strictly to the uniform plumbing code for all my projects. When I meet with customers, I present all available options, explaining each one clearly, instead of focusing solely on the highest cost option that works best for the technician.
