My background includes working with various major plumbing companies in Kansas City, however, the rates were unreasonable. As a result, I launched my own plumbing service. I do not invest in advertising; I manage all marketing personally and rely on word of mouth to keep expenses low. I ensure all work complies with the uniform plumbing code. I discuss all possible solutions with my clients, explaining each one clearly, instead of focusing solely on the highest cost option that works best for the technician.
