We love Guillermo and his crew. He has done a fair amount of plumbing work for us and it is always top notch at a reasonable rate. Also, to his credit, he is very clean and respectful of your home and doesn't allow his workers to smoke even near your home while on duty. I know that seems like an odd comment, but have found other workers who work outside your home to not have as much etiquette.

Best Plumbing and Drain Cleaning came right away on a Sunday to get my husband's wedding ring out of the drain! Mario was courteous and did a great job. He also quickly changed a corroded pipe while he was there. Thanks, Mario, for the fantastic service and saving my husband's wedding band!

We called Best Plumbing after my BF had spent a few hours trying to clear the clog in the pipe. They arrived after 15 min. They ran a 100' sewer snake and opened up a drain line. Then they ran a camera and showed us how badly the roots are in the sewer line. They were polite and efficient. We really liked them.

We have been calling Guillermo so long that I can't believe I haven't reviewed his business yet. We first discovered him when we lived in a rental with horrible Quest pipe. A lot of plumbers refused to even look at Quest pipe since it's such a nightmare; they'd say the whole house needed replumbed and replacing a leak wasn't something that was possible. Guillermo came out and gave us estimates based on the bad, better, and best case scenarios. And he did it right, so it turned out to be the best case scenario. So we knew he had skills.

When we bought a house, Guillermo was the only contractor who'd worked on the rental who we ever called again. When the first thing on our new-to-us house broke, Guillermo fixed it in a way that we could fix it ourselves in the future when it needed replacing. How many companies will give you instructions as to how to not need their services again?

When our kitchen sink wouldn't drain yesterday--on a Saturday morning, we called Best and asked if there were crazy high weekend emergency rates. Nope, not between normal business hours. Mario came out Saturday, did everything he could do on his own, and then came back on Sunday with Guillermo to complete the job when it turned out to be a two-man job. We weren't even home--they just went into our crawl space and cleaned the drain completely out and it's all good now.

What I love about them is that they'll give you maintenance suggestions to help your plumbing last longer, like draining your hot water heater seasonally and not hanging those shower caddies on your shower head. They'll do maintenance for you for a price, but they're happy to tell you in gory detail how to do it yourself. It's a reliable, trustworthy plumbing business; what more could you want?

My family had never hired a plumber before so I did a lot of searching on yelp and came across best plumbing. My whole house plumbing was backed up we couldnt shower or anything! I decided to call and Guillermo got back to me promptly I am so happy we went with them, not only where they super nice but they where fast and got right to the problem. Guillermo gave us great advice and the job was done within an hour the price was very reasonable. I truly recommend them to everyone! theres nothing like having people work for your needs with such amicability.

Quoted $90 for drain cleaning, ended up charging me $450. Have asked some contractors about it and ALLhave said we were ripped off. Would say we were ""taken to the cleaners"", except they left a huge mess too. I know they're not maids, but considering how many times they assured me they were certified professionals, that didn't seem professional.

Will give them 1 star since they did get the job done.

Our first experience was really good. The second experience was not quite as good. It bothers me when a company says they will call you back and you are stuck waiting around for a call that may or may not come. This makes me have to call repeatedly, be agressive and lock down a time that someone can come fix the sink. I give 4 stars because overall it was a pretty good experience and they refixed our sink at no additional charge. Kudos to them for that, we will call Best Plumbing & Drain Cleaning next time we have a breakdown.

Best Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was fantastic. They came this morning to fix a backed up shower, two slow sinks and look at our water-heater. They were knowledgeable, made a correct assessment of the problems, gave us various options and explained the consequences of each. We were thus able to make informed decisions. They were courteous, efficient, clean and reasonably priced. In addition, they educated us on which products to use in order to best maintain our drains, how often to flush our water heater, what the water pressure should read on the water main, etc. We also have rental properties and will continue to use them as the need arises.
