They are a scam. $35 quickly turns into $275 when they arrive. Also tried to say I needed $1500 work on a studio apartment after he asked me what I do for a living. Do not answer any questions, they are only doing it to size you up and take advantage of you. Avoid at all costs!!

In a nutshell, their guys spent roughly 2 and a half hours running (2) 60 minute dishwasher test cycles and sitting around waiting for them to finish to ""Diagnose"" my issue. Pouring water all over my floors after each attempt, they ultimately advised that the Motor on the Pump of my Dishwasher was faulty and that I should replace the unit. They charged me $185, after I negotiated down from the original quote of $225. They never advised a price and literally spent all of 15-20 minutes actually looking at the unit. The rest outside on the phone because they didn't run rinse cycles to test the unit. We had another company come out the next day, clear our Air Gap hose, and wala, unit works perfect. (10 minute visit, $40 service call)

I am super reasonable. I understand companies have bad days; but I expect a company to acknowledge when they have a bad day and right the wrong. Me agreeing to eat $75 of the original charge was a gift, but still they refused to negotiate a refund and kept all $185 of my money. $185 down the drain AND NEVER WAS THAT DRAIN ""CLEANED"" for $35!

I made one last attempt to come to an agreement via Yelp Messaging and the Owner advised it was ""Case Closed"" and that I was ""Free to leave a review, as that's my right"". Super condescending, super difficult to get a hold of and not worth the aggravation.

We will fight this charge with the Merchant Processor.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. The company does NOT honor their warranties and they lack customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Not recommend. Very dishonest company. Their warranty promises are fake and dishonest. This company does not follow through with warranties and try to take every dime they can get from you. Do yourself a favor, skip this place and go to someone we'll known. This company may seem like a promising company but you get what you pay for.

I cannot emphasize how much you should find a different company to come for your plumbing needs. I thought they were great at first, came out promptly, we paid for the service and a one year warranty. The issue happened again and they came out and then recommended we purchase another service. I declined and said at the time it was not something feasible to do. And they refused after that to service the home any more. No where in any document I signed was there print saying they can refuse service based off me not purchasing more from them. Because of that- I find this extremely shady. Mind you the service and warranty was a little under $500. Save your money and go to someone honorable and reputable. They will not even return my phone calls now. AND the receptionist got incredibly rude once I questioned their policy. Just red flag after red flag. Never again.

I have called multiple times within the past two weeks. Your dispatcher was rude to ME and the tenants on the phone. Do not try to spin it just to save face. I also do NOT have a broken pipe but thank you for feeling like you should add that. Your guy came out with the wrong tools and never came back. And that's when your company stopped responding to me. I will be contacting the BBB.

Jerry G. was here within an hour or so of calling and got my drain cleaned quickly. Very nice guy and I was pleased that the service was actually $35. So many times you see this but somehow you never qualify for the great price but I did. Will definitely use again.

Baird Drain Service is a horrible organization (you should not confuse this company with George Baird Service). This company who apparently is listed on Yelp as $35 Drain Cleaning but their invoice lists them as Baird Drain Service"" is completely untrustworthy and does not at all stand behind their service and warranties. I called the company to assist with a clogged main line in August 2020. The technician who came out suggested that i do a ""Jet Setting"" instead of snaking out the clog. He said it comes with a one year warranty. I paid $377 for the service and warranty (the exact amount quoted for the service as indicated on the invoice i received). Although expensive, I was comforted by the 1 year warranty. By the way this ""jet setting technology"" is basically using your garden hose with a high pressure nozzle. DON'T BELIEVE THE $35 FAKE ADVERTISING!!! Approximately two months later, the main line got clogged again. They came out and cleaned out the clog with their amazing ""jet setting technology"". One month later, the line was plugged again (mind you i have never had issues before). The company did not answer my calls after the second incident!! I called 2-3 times with NO response and so I had to fix the issue on my own. I emailed the company a few days later (since they never called me back) as i was disappointed with the lack of communication, etc.. The individual emailing me never identified himself/herself even after numerous requests and told me that they will not provide any more service unless i paid an additional $108 which is the normal price they charge for the Jetting!!!!! I paid the exact amount quoted and as stated on the invoice when initial services were performed. He/she also stated in the email that ""we have been asking you for this balance for some time now and you never called us back"". THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION SUGGESTING I DIDN'T PAY MY INVOICE IN FULL. I PAID THE EXACT AMOUNT INCLUDED ON THE INVOICE TO ME AND IT WAS NEVERY STATED THAT THE INVOICE WAS A PARTIAL INVOICE!!! I proceeded to call the office and was unable get thru on my cell phone (the phone number they have on record). I called 2-3 times on my cell phone and the line was always busy (coincidence??). I called with a different line and the receptionist picked up right away. I spoke with the receptionist about the issue and it was later revealed that her supervisor told her that he/she was going to take ME to small claims court for the $108!!! This company is the WORST services company i have ever worked with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST, THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK AND GURANTEES, AND THIER JETTING TECHNOLOGY IS NOT EFFECTIVE. You may as well go and buy a high pressure nozzle and put your garden house down the drain.

By the way the technican who came out was very nice (Jerri, I believe), but the organization he works for is an organization I will NEVER do business with again....nor should you.

These folks are fantastic! I had an extremely slow drain in the shower, and they were able to come out right away. Jerry was prompt, he wore a mask and booties, and he got the job done even though it was a stubborn clog and needed another tool to get it out. He was also really kind and polite.

Seriously, if you're having drain issues, give these guys a call! With their prices, you don't need to try and fish out the gunk yourself ... save yourself the nightmares lol!

This company was fantastic. I had a drain stoppage on a Sunday. I called three or four of the big-name companies in San Diego and none of them could come until Wednesday.

The lowest price I could find was $53 from Andersen.

Anderson could not come until Tuesday.

Thank goodness, I kept searching, and I found $35 drain cleaning. I was amazed that they made an appointment for me the following day at 7 AM!

The plumber, Jerry Garcia, showed up on time and managed to unstop my drain in less than 15 minutes.


Very professional, polite, and good-natured. And the best part Is my bill was just $35 for service in less than 24 hours.

Screw the big guys and do your Internet research!
