Wow! Never had such good service from a drain company. He came on-time, called when he was close, charged what he promised and was out the door in less than ten min and even checked under the house to make sure there were no leaks. Amazing and highly recommend:)

Beware, BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Heard a noise of water running constantly and couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from. Only thing that stopped it was to turn off entire water supply to house. Was a weekend so was weary of calling an emergency plumber. When I saw these Yelp reviews, I called and was told that we would get a free estimate before any work was done. Plumber came 30minutes later than promised, took 5minutes to diagnose the problem and handed us a bill for $85 for such diagnosis. The free estimate was to fix a leaky valve that needed to be ordered and would cost $525. Would've appreciated a pause in the conversation to say that what he was doing in listening to the noise and looking at the valve was going to cost $85.

Why do clogged drains happen on Sunday of a holiday weekend? Anyway, we called Best Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and within an hour Ali Tuncbilek of DrainHelp.com came out and cleared our drain. (Why drainHelp.com came out instead of Best Plumbing? I was too distracted by plumbing issue to ask. I guess they are the same company. ) We paid $250 for the 150 ft ""hydroget"" clearing of our line to the sewer with a 30 day guarantee. Ali was a fast worker and professional. (Never heard of hydroget clearing of drains before today. The hydrojet method clears with water pressure rather than the mechanical method of roto-rooting with a ""snake"". The water method is much faster and easier for them compared to unrolling 150 ft of snake line. They were done in 15 minutes!)

These guys were great!! Ali Tuncbilek came out at 6pm on a Sunday evening and unclogged my main sewer line and they were done in no time! Very affordable and had a great attitude plus they were done fast. I would definitely recommend drain help to anyone else

First time homeowner. Sunday. Night. Easter. Every toilet and tub in the 1955 flip house is blocked. Sewage starting to bubble up in the master shower. I need a drink. I was already planning on calling my office to let them know I wouldn't be in on Monday, I was so sure I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out on Easter Sunday night to fix this. I looked through Yelp, as always, left messages with a few companies who were closed, and then a live person started talking to me on the other end of the phone at Best Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. The dispatch woman made me feel so taken care of, I think I actually may have relaxed momentarily. Not 45 minutes later, Ali appeared at the door, crisply dressed in uniform, very matter-of-fact. Walked through the house, diagnosed the main line, told me exactly how much it would cost, and spent time telling me how not to get to this point ever again, and also several other important details about my plumbing lines and outside pipes, and what he recommended I think about doing and why. VERY helpful. Trust and honesty just oozes out of Ali. When I asked if my front yard hose bib leak was a part of the main pipe, he told me no, but he went ahead and put a new seal on the hose on the way to his truck to leave. He did this after he left my house, knowing I probably wouldn't notice it, or know that he'd gone out of his way to quietly fix that for me. Ali: I noticed. THANK YOU for taking such good care of me and my house. I no longer need to check Yelp for this category: it's definitely Best Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.
