First time homeowner. Sunday. Night. Easter. Every toilet and tub in the 1955 flip house is blocked. Sewage starting to bubble up in the master shower. I need a drink. I was already planning on calling my office to let them know I wouldn't be in on Monday, I was so sure I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out on Easter Sunday night to fix this. I looked through Yelp, as always, left messages with a few companies who were closed, and then a live person started talking to me on the other end of the phone at Best Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. The dispatch woman made me feel so taken care of, I think I actually may have relaxed momentarily. Not 45 minutes later, Ali appeared at the door, crisply dressed in uniform, very matter-of-fact. Walked through the house, diagnosed the main line, told me exactly how much it would cost, and spent time telling me how not to get to this point ever again, and also several other important details about my plumbing lines and outside pipes, and what he recommended I think about doing and why. VERY helpful. Trust and honesty just oozes out of Ali. When I asked if my front yard hose bib leak was a part of the main pipe, he told me no, but he went ahead and put a new seal on the hose on the way to his truck to leave. He did this after he left my house, knowing I probably wouldn't notice it, or know that he'd gone out of his way to quietly fix that for me. Ali: I noticed. THANK YOU for taking such good care of me and my house. I no longer need to check Yelp for this category: it's definitely Best Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.

Living in a house built in the 1960s the plumbing was terrible. Drain help came in and fixed all of our problems for us for a very fair price as well. They also explained to us about gas line problems and helped us install a drain pipe for the washer. They're very professional and can assist in any type of problems. I highly suggest giving them a call before any other companies. Thank you so much for all the help.

Fast service and response time. I called in the morning and they showed up in an hour. He knew immediately what the problem was. He snaked our main line and our pipe came clear. I would definitely call them again. They were great priced also!

Incredible service. I have a home warranty and had the plumber that they referred out to take a look at a clogged main line. After being here an hour and still no fix he left. That's where Ali came in to save the day. I placed the call as soon as the first guy left and Ali was here in less than an hour and half.

Am a landlord for a condo downtown and my renter called me with a blocked sink issue. I checked it out myself as I try and do some home fixes from time to time but quickly accessed that this was a bigger project for a plumber. I called a number of plumbers on both Angies and Yelp and after getting mostly voicemails or outrageous quotes to get someone out immediately was please to find that these guys had a plumber available in a 2 hour window. They provided me with a text message heads up so I could let me renter know and came out to investigate. The plumber (Don) called me to explain options and best and worst case scenarios. Through our discussion before authorizing work I could tell he was being upfront about what he might find when gaining assess to the main line so we didn't encounter any surprises which I appreciated. I gave him the go ahead to check the piping behind the p trap under the sink. I was pleasantly surprised to find out a short while later by phone that he cleared the issue 40ft below my condo and that the charge would not be anything more than we discussed. While I did not Don in person I felt that he was looking out for my best interests. It is clear to me why they have good reviews on here and while I am sure there are cheaper options you can trust you are getting value by calling DrainHelp. Cheers Don! I had a main line drain blockage in the house and they were able to send Ali the same day, on a Sunday no less. He got there not only on time but early (and the person in the front office communicated with me about that). He took his time answering my questions about different plumbing issues. And he didn't leave until he had double checked that the drains were working again.

I must say I was VERY impressed by the prompt and thorough service I received from DrainHelp.com. Don, the field supervisor, demonstrated a great deal of expertise, and I especially appreciate that he took the time to answer all my questions and involve me in the process, including showing me where the pipe was cracked via the camera that he snaked through the main line. He also identified exactly where the tree roots had penetrated the pipe, causing reoccurring blockages. Since I'm a hands-on, curious type of person, I really appreciate how informative he was.

The pipe had obviously been cracked for quite some time, as the same drain blockage problem has occurred numerous times during the three years I've lived here, yet Don was the ONLY plumber who accurately identified the problem! All the other plumbers just cleared the blockage, charged a bunch of money, and failed to get to the ""root of the problem"" (no pun intended!).

The price was very fair and their services come with workmanship warranties. I would DEFINITELY recommend DrainHelp.com. I am so happy to finally have a reliable, go-to plumber!

It was New Years weekend and I had a severely clogged kitchen drain. I found Best Plumbing with excellent reviews on Yelp so I took a chance and called them. Ali arrived within 90 min to inspect, I found him to be very knowledgeable in explaining every step in the process. He provided me a very reasonable estimate for the job and dispatched his plumber Frankco to begin work immediately which involved snaking my drain and wound up having to make an extra trip to Home Depot for parts which was all included in the flat fee with no extra charge. These guys are true professionals and even gave me some helpful tips to avoid clogging in the future. I would gladly refer them to friends and family!
