I have a tankless water heater that needed immediate servicing. After looking for a reliable company on yelp I decided on 323 Plumbing. I put the call in at 6:30pm and it was answered quickly by Guy who set me up with a free estimate the next morning. With out having to reach out to confirm this morning, I had them call me that he was there. He walked me through the work that would be needed as well as potential scenarios if original assessment needed further work. Once he got the unit working he called me again to tell me what was done to it. Also informed me of yearly maintenance that will be needed and would send me a reminder. Which I appreciate. Price is reasonable, Will be using them again. Overall very reliable, great customer service, will be using them again

Guy installed a new water heater for us on an emergency basis a year ago. His crew was fast, professional and took care to install a pan under the water heater. One of the pipes connected to the water heater failed a couple of weeks ago and Guy was at our home within two hours to replace the pipe.

We had leaking pipes, and eventually a major pipe burst in the walls of one of our bathrooms which created horrible amounts of mold and mildew. We called this plumbing team in Culver City and they showed up the same day. We received excellent service, and everything was explained to us before any of the work began. They had to take apart the bathroom floor and walls on one side and start from scratch removing all the mold, and then rebuilding the bathroom from the ground up. He kept us in the loop the whole way through. He interfaced with our insurance company and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs!

Guy and the rest of the team that worked on our sewer main issue and liner install did such amazing work, I can't recommend them enough!

They were there when they said they'd be there. They quoted a price and worked hard to make sure their service was worth the money and within that budget. Our plumbing situation threw a bunch of curve balls at all of us, but I never felt like I couldn't rely on their assessment or as if they were trying to sell us something we didn't need.

We were in panic mode, thinking we would have to take out a massive loan for a root that collapsed our sewer main in the middle of the street. Guy came in, scoped out the situation, knew exactly what we were facing and that they could handle it. In the end, they were 100% right and did in 20 minutes what other plumbers couldn't (or wouldn't) in multiple tries.

When our 100-year-old house needs more plumbing work, we know exactly who to call.

I can't say enough good things about 323 Plumbing. If you are looking for a good plumber in the Marina Del Rey area, save yourself time and money with them. I closed on my house in June and there were a few items on the inspection related to plumbing that needed to be fixed. I received quotes from three different plumbers in the area and 323 was the most reasonably priced and realistic with what needed to be done now and what could wait. They also had the BEST customer service of any of the contractors I've had in and out over the past month.

Guy did the initial inspections, scope of work, and estimate. He took time to educate me as a new homeowner, talking through each work item in detail. He said that he treats each customer like family, and it's evident that the whole company abides by the same standard of quality and honesty.

Guy spent the entire day at my house today expertly and meticulously removing a 40-gallon water heater that had rusted through on the bottom (and was leaking all over), and replacing it with a state-of-the-art tankless version that will never bust on me, and has a fantastic warranty and included service plan! They responded to my evening after-hours call within minutes and were over here first thing in the morning. They went completely above and beyond, even replacing a rusted electrical outlet and making sure the pipe work was beautifully designed. They also cleaned up the areas they worked on very well. These guys are true pros. It was a pricy day for me, but I am more than ok paying for experience, quality, and a job done right.

Consistent! The hot water was coming out so slowly we could barely wash the dishes! 323 Plumbing to the rescue! Guy was so professional and so very kind. We reached out to Guy after receiving some pretty outrageous quotes from other Plumbers in Marina Del Rey to install a new kitchen sink. Guy came by and gave us a very fair quote and was able to begin the work the same week. He arrived on time, worked quickly and kept the area clean and neat. He gave us some very good plumbing advice while he was working and finished the job earlier than anticipated. We are very happy with the work Guy has done. He is professional,honest and we will be calling him again in the future.

I requested for someone to come out and take a look at a leak in the shower and 323 Plumbing sent a technician right away. Guy arrived exactly when they were supposed to, they assessed the leak and found that there was no need to repair the shower a simple adjustment to the shower knob and the leak was gone. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to deal with, and their honesty saved me from unnecessary repairs. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. Excellent service!!!
