Had a toilet/ bath tub water back up. Clog in the sewer line underneath the house . Guys came by and cleared out sewer
line lightning fast! Everything works perfectly again! Thanks guys!! Great guys that have personality, manners, happiness, efficient, fast, stay cool & are intelligent !

2/5/2017...still no formal company email receipt as promised ..... its been so long.. not expecting it anymore....

on day one (1/16/17), I was told that I would get formal email receipt for to $500 payment on the work done. It's day 5... still no emailed receipt. I even sent 2 text reminders and one email reminder to [email protected]. I did get a short informal written one with a 4 year gaurantee. I hope thats good enough if something happens...

I had a great experience with 312 Plumbing. My hot water expansion tank cracked on Thursday night. I called these guys after hours, and they were out at my house the next morning. They were personable and professional. They quickly took care of the problem, left no mess, and charged me a reasonable price. I will definitely call these guys again.

Excellent Service and competitively priced. I've had terrible experiences with several plumbers in the past. One just disappeared after agreeing on a quote and time, another quoted me an astronomical price relative to the work that needed to be done. Likely because they sensed I wanted it done asap. Neither happened with Steven. He gave me a reasonable quote, was available quickly, and showed up on time. I'll only be calling him going forward.

I called Steve about one week ago to set up an appointment to have my tub and toilet fixed. He came as promised and checked in with me periodically to give me an ETA. When he arrived he began working right away. Within 15 minutes both of my problems were solved and in an economic fashion. He was about $100 less than the other places I had called.
