We had a water line leak under our patio in our 1952 bungalow. We called John on Sunday and he was out Monday to assess the issue and he started work on Tuesday. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained to us exactly what was going on. Upon exposing the water lines he found our old gas line was corroding and had a leak and recommended changing that out as long as we had it exposed. He was able to finish all the work in the allotted time frame. His employees were knowledgeable and neat. Needless to say, we highly recommend 3Ten!

my upstairs tub was causing a leak in my downstairs ceiling. john called me back on a weekend, listened to my explanation and diagnosed it over the phone! he also reassured me that although he doesn't do drywall repair, he will patch up any holes to keep any vermin out.

he arrived on time with his team. sure enough, his diagnosis was correct and they fixed the problem with a patch in the drywall in less than 2 hours. the cost was way lower than a lot of the other estimates i received.
