This is the second time we've hired John at 3 Ten. The first time was for a clean out sewer line and the next was a pinhole leak.

My wife and I had an urgent plumbing emergency, involving a toilet upstairs that was leaking water onto the floor, and which we couldn't stop. I knew I needed help as soon as possible, and called 3 TEN because I'm in Walteria, and I had seen the truck on the next block over.

Anyway, despite this being a Sunday morning, John showed up within about ten minutes, thank goodness. He was able to get the water shut off (which I had tried unsuccessfully to do), and then went to work on replacing a deteriorated valve that sent water to the toilet. This is a toilet we never use, and I think my next step will be to have it removed permanently, and perhaps replaced. Anyway, I can't say enough about John's competence, promptness, and friendliness. The price for solving a crucial emergency (that would have resulted in severe damage throughout the house, if not stopped) was very reasonable. Can't recommend 3 TEN enough.

The best in 310!!! We Initially had problems drainage problem in our bathroom but in the end John of 3 Ten helped us with a major problem we have that required partial sewer replacement.

John was very clear, organized and easy to work with. When we first had some drainage problem, John really made an effort to help ensure everything was fixed. John explained everything very clearly so we absolutely trusted him to do the big job. We are grateful John had helped made the process much more easier than expected! We highly recommend John and 3 Ten Plumbing. We had a problem with our sink backing up. I probably called ten plumbers. John was the best in terms of responsiveness and price.

John came over on the very same day at no additional charge and snaked the drain with his heavy duty snake. One company tried to charge me a $200 premium for same day service. John didn't do that at all. He also was able to put the plumbing back together with no leakage!

Everything has been great with the drain after he came, and we look forward to working with him in the future.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, and checked yelp for plumber. I had previously used plumbers before, but didn't have good experience with them, so I wanted to get a new plumber. John's review is awesome and is recommended by the neighborhood app so I figure I will ask him to come and unclog the kitchen drain. I contacted him via the Yelp message tool and he was very responsive!

He came prepared and on time. Double checked the cause of the issue and got to work. He even brought a mat to put under him so the area can be kept clean. He also brought buckets and containers to drain water instead of asking me for them like the previous plumbers do.

When he left, everything was clean. I can't say enough good things about this experience. Definitely highly recommended! I just hope the next time I need a plumber, John is available, because he will be the first one I call!

We had gas leaking in our house and the gas was cut off for many days. We wanted to replace the whole old gas line before Christmas holiday. We contacted several plumbers, they all asked ** much! When we called John he said he could come early before 9:00 AM. After he came we were astonished by his quotes which was too good to be true. We confirmed for several time to understand why he could do it with such a price. We had thought he would be too young with a company just founded, however finally we have to say he is a very professional plumber(more than eight years experience as plumber), he work hard and faster than expected. We talked to our remodel architect, she didn't believe it either, asked John's contact number. We thank John's help and hope others could also get helped from John.

Much thanks to John! Had an area of concern in bathroom, worried of possible leak behind the wall. Had to bug him on a sunday, and he willingly came by within a couple hours.
