How many plumbers does it take to fix a leak?

My family and I just moved into our new home and discovered a leak from our bathroom upstairs. The first FOUR plumbers we contacted were unable fix it and gave us a recommendation to either replace the tub or put a hole in the wall to fix the shower valve.

Frustrated by the lack of progress and concerns with their competency, we decided to reach out to one more plumber based on a recommendation from a colleague to get their assessment. John came by and fixed our leaked in less than 30 minutes by simply replacing the nipple for the tub spout. Wow!

After going through 5 plumbers and two huge unnecessary holes to our ceiling, we finally have no leaks! Good honest help is hard to find. It's been a long journey and we are so grateful that we found our plumber!

This is the second time we've hired John at 3 Ten. The first time was for a clean out sewer line and the next was a pinhole leak.

My wife and I had an urgent plumbing emergency, involving a toilet upstairs that was leaking water onto the floor, and which we couldn't stop. I knew I needed help as soon as possible, and called 3 TEN because I'm in Walteria, and I had seen the truck on the next block over.

Anyway, despite this being a Sunday morning, John showed up within about ten minutes, thank goodness. He was able to get the water shut off (which I had tried unsuccessfully to do), and then went to work on replacing a deteriorated valve that sent water to the toilet. This is a toilet we never use, and I think my next step will be to have it removed permanently, and perhaps replaced. Anyway, I can't say enough about John's competence, promptness, and friendliness. The price for solving a crucial emergency (that would have resulted in severe damage throughout the house, if not stopped) was very reasonable. Can't recommend 3 TEN enough.

The best in 310!!! We Initially had problems drainage problem in our bathroom but in the end John of 3 Ten helped us with a major problem we have that required partial sewer replacement.

John was very clear, organized and easy to work with. When we first had some drainage problem, John really made an effort to help ensure everything was fixed. We highly recommend John and 3 Ten Plumbing. We had a problem with our sink backing up. I probably called ten plumbers. John was the best in terms of responsiveness and price.

John came over on the very same day at no additional charge and snaked the drain with his heavy duty snake. One company tried to charge me a $200 premium for same day service. John didn't do that at all. He also was able to put the plumbing back together with no leakage!

Everything has been great with the drain after he came, and we look forward to working with him in the future.
