I have a homeowners warranty (FAHW) and had a shower valve problem. They had sent out a plumber who said the issue could only be fixed by ripping a hole in the wall and replace the valve. I did some research and discover, from the manufacturer that the val could be repaired w/o that drastic procedure.
Call the warranty company and they sent a second plumbing company. They reported the same thing.
After gong back and forth with the warranty company with multiple letters and phone calls that would not be returned I called 3 Sons.
They made a visit to my home, saw the information I had and said that they could fix the issue. Ordered the necessary parts (as I had tried to get the other companies to do) and today received a call the parts were in and they were able to schedule someone to come today and fix the problem,

Joel showed up one hour after I called to repair a leaking inlet valve on a Jacuzzi bathtub. He was friendly and very efficient knowing exactly what to do. The job took him 45 minutes from start to finish and his price was very reasonable charging only the service call plus parts. A great experience and now I have a new favorite plumber.
