I cannot stress how amazing Chris is! We had Chris come by to check out our home due to a wet carpet. Initially thought it was a frozen pipe due to the recent freeze. Chris was able to diagnose our problem (screw punctured pipe), patch the pipe and get water back to our home. We had family over for the holidays so this was very much a critical time for us. This company legit gave us a Christmas miracle. Thank you to Chris!

You MUST call Chris for your plumbing needs. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and reasonable. We had him out here in January 2018 to take care of a broken pipe under our house. Not only did he work with us on payment, but he also helped get our insurance company to pay. We had another plumbing issue today where we called him for help. He came over and took care of our issue, helped us with some minor adjustments with a couple of our sinks, and let us be aware of some potential issues that will arise at some point. He is the best. We will always call him for our plumbing needs!

The work was fine but very disappointed that the bill was $3250. beyond the $16,000. estimate after being assured it would not go over $1600. beyond the estimate and was not told before the work was completed.

You want outstanding plumbing service with no bs? Then call this gentleman. Chris actually took care of my two week ordeal back in Dec 2017 during the coldest days of 2017. Long story short the gas company shut off my gas due to a "leak" in the gas lines. My family couldn't cook or take hot shower for over two weeks. A permit needed to get issued and gas lines inspected before we could even get our gas turned on. I had a few plumbers wanting to charge $250 just to pull a $35.00 permit (that literally only takes 5 min to get). I don't mind paying the mark up because they do have to go get the permit but 7x's the cost that was outrageous. Anyhow he inspected the main gas lines only to find out there were no leaks. The water heater control valve did have a leak but it had a safety valve before the water heater. So basically the gas company shut me down for nothing. In the end he did fix the water heater control valve and get the city to pass inspection for an extremely reasonable price. The cool part is he even came out Sunday on a day that no other plumber i contacted would come out and get everything fixed. Down to earth guy and doesn't like screwing his customers just because he is licensed. Call Chris for ALL your plumbing needs. I need to create a third bathroom in my house and i know who I'll be using for this project. (Just need to save up a little More money lol)

Our technician, Chris, just left our house. We had a little mishap where something went down the toilet while it was flushing. Aaahhhh! Freaking out!

We called a few plumbers in the area and since it's Saturday and after three o'clock there was no answer. I prefer to speak to a live person so we kept dialing away. I read a bunch of glowing reviews on the neighborhood app about this company so I called 3 Options Plumbing. Chris answered right away and provided us some options on what needs to be done with the cost. He was quick to stop by on a Saturday and assisted us with getting our toilet fixed. We understood that there would be an after hours charge considering it's Saturday. We were just happy to speak to a live person and get this issue resolved so we wouldn't have to worry about it all weekend.

We definitely lucked out and he was able to get the toilet to flush normally again without having to take the toilet off. He was thorough on his explanations about the process and even provided three options for something I was looking to do in the future for our toilets since he noticed a leak. We appreciated his amazing customer service he provided. I know for next time who I should call that can provide reliable service with a smile.
