I knew in an instant (I interviewed 11 others) they'd pull off my vision, bonus that it came with a very fair price! Toro answered my endless texts and calls promptly, and gave fun creative ideas along the way. My 60 yr old pipes had some issues, which they fixed with expertise and kept my worry at ease. He sent updates and pics at the end of the day, and was back at the job the next morning! The remodel is legit more beautiful than I hoped for and dreamed of. Wowza!! Look no further than 3Nails. I really can't say enough good things about this company, 3 Nails Contracting. Led by Toro, his team of workers are the very best. I have had a lot of tilework done in my other houses but I have never seen such precision as Santiago did for me.
Toro is a consumate professional. Very trustworthy, extremely knowlegeable about all kinds of remodeling. In 6 days he transformed my bath from a very dated 30 yr old mess to a brilliant, shining bath that I am proud to show off to everyone.
He was there every single day when he said he would be there. And him and his crew cleaned up every single day when the left.
The workmanship was second to none. And such nice people. I will certainly be using them to remodel my master.
And might I add, very reasonably priced!

Toro and his crew were fabulous to work with from the moment they came to give us our quote. That was just the beginning of a really great experience. This job included the remodel of 4 bathrooms plus a fireplace.

The crew started on time each day. They were respectful of our home. They communicated what to expect for the day regarding their progress and stayed on track with the timeframe of the work. If a problem arose they had suggestions on how to work through it and always made a little bump in the road extremely smooth. The worksite was left cleaned up each night which was a dream as we were living in the home during the remodel.

The work done in our home was meticulous and they finished on time. No detail went unnoticed with the crew. We have used many companies in the past and hands down this is the best experience we have ever had!

We couldn't recommend Toro and his crew enough. Going forward there will be no need to shop around for bids - Toro will be my first call every time!

Two different projects. Two Thumbs up!

We had Toro and his team do a project for us in our home, as well as at one of our rental units. The end results were flawless and he always communicated promptly, showed up on time, and took pride in his work. I recommend Toro to everyone who needs a quality contractor.

We just had 3 Nails put in a walk in pantry for us. They had to demo a set of three architectural arches with a wet bar in the middle. They capped the plumbing from the old sink, moved the light switches/lighting/outles, and frame in a larger arch. He extended our existing pantry from a cabinet style to a walk in. They did all the framing, dry wall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. I had a building permit through the city of Scottsdale, and they passed all inspections (electrical, plumbing, framing, and dry wall) . I am doing the flooring, painting, shelving, etc. myself. So the final inspection is for me to handle privately once it's ready for use.

Some issues during construction: The sewage pipe stuck out beyond the initial wall, this was hidden by the old wet bar cabinet. They had to make that wall a little wider to keep the entire line inside the wall. When they were doing the framing, I decided that I wanted the ceiling of the pantry1 foot higher. So they had to redo that portion of framing for me. Both of these items added $200 to my original quote.

Completed, this cost me about $4,800. Had those two things not come up, it would have been $4,600 like he quoted me.

Pros: Toro is very professional, my dogs loved him, he is very friendly. He has a guy for each part of the project. He brought in a separate framer, electrician, plumber, HVAC Tech, drywaller, etc. There were maybe 15 different people that worked on the house, so it was all done well by specialists for each phase. Every guy he brought in was polite, professional, and kind. They were all very patient with my 3 dogs. Anytime I wanted something tweaked, or I changed my mind, they were quick to accommodate. Everyone took the time to make sure I would be happy with the end result. I wanted to have everything permitted through the city, and Toro went the extra mile to make sure my inspector was happy. He made sure to use treated lumber, fire rated dry wall, what ever the inspector asked for. The inspector was looking for problems, but could not find any.

Cons: The team he hires doesn't always speak English well. So when Toro is not on site, it can be hard to communicate with his team. Toro is fluent in English and Spanish. Sometimes I would have to wait for Toro to return to the site to clarify an issue. You would have this problem with any contractor team though. Not even really an issue, just a statement.

Hire Toro, he wont quit until you are happy with his work.
