I got a flyer in the mail for a free estimate and scheduled an appointment for about 3 weeks out for an 8am arrival. I'm not a remote worker so I had to schedule to be home on that morning. At 8am on the scheduled day, I called to make sure someone was coming and had to wait for a call back. 30 minutes later I got a call saying they were still working on backlogged work and would not be able to make it. The caller stated they knew the night before that they would not be able to make it to my early morning job, and then asked when I wanted to reschedule. I told the them that I would have appreciated a call the day before so I didn't have to waste my morning waiting for them. I then wished them the best of luck and will be looking elsewhere for a more reliable service.

I had water backing up out of my floor drain in basement. I called 4 different plumbers without any response back. I called 3 mountains and actually spoke to a live person named Victoria who was so helpful and friendly. A technician named Estley came the next day first thing in the morning and attempted to clear the drain but the issue was a bit more than expected. He had Daniel come out to run a camera down line to find the issue. After a few hours they discovered the problem and fixed it temporarily and then to my surprise were able to schedule the repair to fix the line two days later instead of the usual week. These two men were awesome. They were friendly, helpful and just wonderful guys. Believe it or not it was like talking with friends. Daniel was able to lower the cost for me and explained everything in a way that was clear, easy and not overwhelming. He is my hero. I was overwhelmed and panicking that it was going to cost thousands to fix. He went through all the scenarios and how to fix them without breaking the bank. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Estley and Daniel are rock stars!

My bathroom faucet angle stop was seeping and needed to be replaced. The pipe coming from the wall was loose, however, so this needed a careful touch. The person they sent out did not have the knowledge or tools to handle a tight/stuck angle stop. After tearing the sheetrock by pushing down too hard on the supply pipe, the person told me they were too nervous to continue the job. They called their manager and then left. No follow up from the office, basically just left me with a leak. I called another company and they took care of the whole project.
When I call a professional plumber, I expect the job to get done and if the right personnel or supplies aren't available in the moment, then I expect a plan and a follow up appointment.

After the ice storm this past month we had one of our units water heater unexpectedly start leaking pretty badly. The cause was likely completely unrelated to the ice storm but the aftermath of the storm created quite the hurdle to get an emergency repair done. Every local plumbing company was completely booked out. Some were turning us away immediately. After calling 8-10 different handy man services and plumbing companies we were pretty much at a lost. 3 Mountains was out last call and I wish they were our first. From initial contact to complete water heater replacement we felt like a priority to them. I was told by the dispatcher/scheduler that based on our issue they were going to immediately prioritize our call. They were able to get a tech out to assess the issue that same day and the problem was solved in a 24 hour window. Super impressed with their professionalism throughout. I'm sure we could've waited for cheaper but I'd pay the premium again if this is the service that comes with it.

This company is overpriced, non-responsive, dishonest, and basically a sham of an operation. Stay away and rest assured that even a plumbing emergency is better than dealing with them.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a long review but we feel it is important for others to hear our story.
Our basement floor drain failed. We had a technician from 3 mountain plumbing out. They were nice and got us to commit funds to open up where there appeared to be a break. After opening the hole they told us there was a break further down the line and we would have to do a full replacement. We got a shiney pamphlet saying what would happen. That's where things got bad.

Our floor drain started to completely back up, but we were weeks out from the replacement. They came and did something but the communication was so poor at this point we had no idea what they did.

When they opened the trench they did it on a Wednesday. We were told it was a three day job and they were ready by Friday. Problem was our city doesn't do inspections on Fridays. That left the trench open for the next week and we got a massive storm turning yard to muddy mess. Naturally after the inspection the water main that at this point had been exposed and hanging in the air for a week failed. They still filled the trench despite the fact that we now had to replace the water main. When they replaced the water main, they couldn't make the 90 degree turn into the house with the slant drilling machine. So they had to open another trench through the front yard and drill through the house foundation, completely rerouting the water line. Oh and they never told us any of this until they completed the work despite the fact that we were both at home.

They told us they would be back the next day to grade the yard with some good topsoil and spread seed. One person showed with four bags of soil and kind of threw it around. Then tried to use a sawsal to cut the now dried ruts around the yard. They also forgot to spread seed and we had to remind them. They left the trench supports in our front yard for at least another week. We had to call and remind them to get them. Now it's January and it turns out they did not close the permit for the water line. We have called several times and cannot get anyone on the line to talk with us on this permit issue.

I would NOT recommend using this company. Communication is poor and they do not follow through with what they say. They left our yard trashed. All they really wanted was to get us to sign the contract for the work and take our money. 100% satisfaction should not be expected from this company.

We have had several needs with plumbing and the ethical, technical, professional approach that each of the plumbers has when they come to help is very knowledgeable and professional. We have had several issues that we needed help with because our house has ""issues"" because of how it was built originally (1996). With thorough and careful inspection each plumber has found a effective 'cure' for each issue.

Classic bait and switch. Company advertised drain cleaning for ""as low as $93."" Five minutes after arriving, drain cleaner said it would be $300 to clean the drain and make a camera inspection of the sewer line, which I did not want. i negotiated for $200 to clean the drain only, offering that because I was in an emergency situation and he knew it. I had asked about the ad for cleaning for $93 and he just shrugged off the question, implying he didn't know about that. Don't expect this company to stand behind its claimed prices. Drain cleaning is a simple process and there should be no variation in fees if the company is honest about its advertising.

We had water heater issue. They come out very quickly to fix the issue. They are extremely knowledgeable and reliable.
We also use them for another plumbing issue couple years ago.
Price is reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Alex came by and looked at breakers for $30 fee. Didn't even open the unit. Came back after making up quotes for levels of diagnosis. $30 do nothing. $160 open the unit. $340 for really figuring out what was wrong. $7500 to replace. I asked him for a quote on installing a faucet that I had and he quoted $759. At that point I asked him to leave because I thought he was just trying to price gouge me. A second company came a couple of hours later and found the GFCI WAS TRIPPED BELOW THE HOT WATER HEATER. FIXED!! Don't trust these people. Alex didn't even know enough to check for a GCFI ON THE UNIT.
