Jose came first thing Saturday morning and did a walk through with me on our job. He was able to fix our issues quickly, was super professional and am thrilled with their service. I have used them before on a major job and was equally delighted. I have referred them to friends and they were also very happy. For our little job this morning Jose was great.

After 4 hours of calling their answering service, I finally get a call that tells me that no plumber is available for the day THAT THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR! I'll let readers decide = $800 to replace and attach pipes to a new sink and add garbage disposal. The plumber Klint insisted they price by the job, not by the hour. He was done well before lunch, even with his smoke breaks. Never again!

I don't know if the other reviewers are competitors or I lucked-out... but I'm genuinely shocked by some of the negative reviews as my experience was absolutely STELLAR! I had a slow draining sink and toilet. Called around 7:45am, dispatch called me back about an hour late to state someone would be out 10am or later... about 9:55am, Josh(I think that was his name?) and Allison were at my door and got to work. They outlined the steps they were going to take, provided me with options on how to proceed, and then after my acceptance, got to work.

3-hours and at a out-of-pocket cost of $236, both my toilet and sink drain are working perfectly. And as part of that time, they had someone with a camera inspect the sewer line to ensure there wasn't a larger underlying issue (there wasn't).

I can't speak to the installation aspects of their business, nor can I speak to issues that aren't ultimately cleared-up with a powered snake and auger, but for me, it was absolute perfection! If I ever have another plumbing issue, this will definitely be the FIRST company I contact.

We had 3M come out and give us a bid on replacing our hot water heater. After accepting the bid Nate went right to work on it. Nate was professional, friendly and courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. We would highly recommend this company.

I had 3 Mountains Plumbing come out to snake my kitchen sink that was clogged. Joshuah was the technician that came out. He did a very professional, neat and clean job, and was very respectful of my home. I really appreciate it! 6 stars. Joshuah is definitely an asset to the company. I appreciate it very much I'll definitely use 3 mountains again.

I have a sewer drain issue in my house. Their website advertised the following: ""Main Sewer Line Repair Inspection & 2 Hour Arrival Guarantee or It's Free!"" and then listed a sale price of $99. I submitted a request through their website. They were prompt in responding, and repeatedly stated that a price would be set before work begain, but that it would be a $30 charge for someone to come out to do an estimate. I agreed to this, and they said they could have a plumber here by the afternoon, and that I would get a call when the plumber was 20-30 minutes away. This phone call took place at around 10am.

At around 1:30pm, I received a call from Jeff, the plumber, verifying that I was home and that he was on the way. OVER AN HOUR LATER, the plumber arrived on scene. After looking around, including under the house, he told me that to attempt to snake the shower drain would cost $500, and that there was no guarantee that would work. He then told me the drain trap under the house could also possibly be the issue, and that it would cost between $1100-$1500 to repair that. This was, in no way, what they advertised on their site. After I denied service, he requested his $30 payment for coming out, wrote me an invoice for that, and was on his way. He was here for a total of less than 30 minutes or so.

I know I only lost $30 in this transaction, but I lost an entire day and I feel absolutely cheated and lied to in all aspects of the process, from the price promise listed on their site, to when to expect the plumber, to the $30 inspection fee, and to the insane price that Jeff quoted me to ""maybe"" resolve the drain issue. Not only would I never do business with this company again, but I would strongly urge them to reconsider their advertising approach before they get into some potential issues regarding libel claims from future potential clients moving forward.

Thanks to this terrible company that has no control over the employees they have, I get to stare at an ugly box truck illegally parked in a cul-du-sac. The truck sits every afternoon to morning on weekdays and all weekend long without moving. The guy can't even park the truck in a manner that is legal to a passenger car, it sit 3 to 4 feet away from the curb making hard to turn in the cul-de-sac even for a SUV. I watch UPS and FedEx trucks have to make a 5 point turn to get around the cul-de-sac. It would be impossible for a fire truck or emergency vehicle to turn in a safe and quick manner... It also blocks our mailbox preventing us from getting mail. Would never let an employee behave in the manner that they do, its unexpecteble and shows shitty management and ownership resulting in a terrible company.

I was so dissapointed from another company and I called completely distraught after not having a water heater for a week. Nicole was so nice on the phone and calmed me down. When Frankie came, he was very professional, clean, nice, and knowledable. He offered several options up front and the price stayed the same despite we needed two people to install the new water heater. Thank you to everyone.

Ian Shealy came out to our house to bid installing a back flow valve. He went beyond the call of duty, scoping our sewer line and finding defective workmanship from another company. He wrote a condition report for us and was courteous, prompt and professional. I highly recommend working with this company and with Ian!
