I was so dissapointed from another company and I called completely distraught after not having a water heater for a week. Nicole was so nice on the phone and calmed me down. When Frankie came, he was very professional, clean, nice, and knowledable. He offered several options up front and the price stayed the same despite we needed two people to install the new water heater. Thank you to everyone.

Ian Shealy came out to our house to bid installing a back flow valve. He went beyond the call of duty, scoping our sewer line and finding defective workmanship from another company. He wrote a condition report for us and was courteous, prompt and professional. I highly recommend working with this company and with Ian!

Online representative said that Im ""slightly outside of service area, but we will either came out or refer you."" Later I get a call that says instead ""sorry chatlie, cant help you"", in essence, nothing about referral. Weird, Im in a Portland inner suburb. Oh well, dont waste time with online representatives with this company!!!

Twice they've exceeded expectations!! Our business was in a serious jam (local fiber optic contractors doing municipal work put fiber through our main sewer line), and I was scrambling to find a plumbing company that would do commercial work on very short notice. I had seen the orange/gray 3Mtns trucks around, found they got good reviews, called them up--long story short, I have not dealt with (in a very long time) a business as personable, organized, service oriented, and professional as 3MP(and I'm in the service biz). After hours call service, prompt return calls, smiling faces, work tablets for quick estimates/explanations of what needs to be done/costs/completion dates. Jason and Darrick(sp?) were on the job, worked with Clean Water Services for us to get us back up and running quickly, took an informative video for us so we could be reimbursed from the contractor. I was SO impressed with them that when I needed some home plumbing done, I called 3MP. Steve was also so friendly and helpful(and even early!), work ended up costing about half as much because of his persistence with a seized shower cartridge. He even called me back a week later to make sure all was still well. Raving about 3MP to anyone who needs a plumbing service doing it right(we all know how difficult it is to find that anymore!).

I contacted 3 mountains plumbing to repair a dripping bathtub faucet, they were to come out on a Friday in which I took the day off to be present; the servicer did not show (due to an emergency elsewhere which I understand things happen). their Dispatcher called to reschedule in which I told them I could not miss anymore work and my days at work are too inconstant to drop what I am doing at a moments notice. they were able to come out the next day which was a Saturday, the work was completed fairly quickly and I was initially happy with the results.

A few days later I noticed subtle water damage to my hallway laminate flooring which was on the other side of the wall of the wall the work was done. I sat in my bathroom trying to figure out where the water was coming from and that is when I heard a dripping sound inside the wall. I called for them to come back out, I was told I would get a call back in which I did not. I had to call again a couple days later and wait for the manager to call me back after a meeting. it was over a week before they came back out to access the problem; in which was in fact the SAME valve he completely REBUILT replacing all inner parts of the valve. I was told a piece of the valve broke off and they would have to tear down the sheet rock inside of my closet to repair, they would NOT repair the sheet rock or the water damage and AI would have to pay an additional 1,067.00 to repair the same valve he rebuilt.

I called to speak with Tyler the service manager and was told they do not claim any financial responsibility for the damage of the valve and I signing a disclaimer that any pre existing damage they would not be liable for. MIND YOU, the damage to my floors and under my home was not an issue until AFTER their initial repair.

My home was built in 2011 and I have been the only homeowner, not even 8 years later I have damaged pipes and damage to my home.

I have contacted my insurance company to file a claim against theirs. I will keep you updated on the outcome.

I DO NOT RECCOMEND 3 MOUNTAINS PLUMBING!!

We had a rat hole in the parking strip - indicative of a break in the sewer line. David came out and scoped the line - and found the break under the street, where it's the city's issue and not ours, hooray!

David was friendly, fast, and professional, not to mention great with our dog. He didn't even charge for the scoping, so we couldn't be happier with 3 Mountains Plumbing. I'd use them again in a minute.

Update: Friday evening Tyler (I believe his title was sales manager), hearing of our frustrating experience, reached out with the goal making our experience with 3- Mntns. a positive one. He had one of their plumbers, Nathaniel, come out Saturday to assess the situation. It wasn't possible to fix the issue for various reasons, but we got the leak capped and was not charged for any of the work needed to get this done.

Over the months, I battled an ongoing fight with a slow bathtub drain. I tried all of the typical homeowner solutions, but I was no match for the hairball (or whatever was clogging the pipe). In the end, I conceded defeat and called in the big guns. I had used 3 Mountains Plumbing before, so that's who I called. They sent out Jason and Jeff. Not only did they have the right equipment and experience to quickly defeat the hairball opponent, but they also took the time to review and discuss the other plumbing components in my house, just to make sure everything else was in good shape before they left.

I also really liked their upfront pricing, so I knew what it was going to cost to win the war against the slow drain.

A friend recommended 3 Mountains - they had installed a tankless water heater in their home - and said 3M was reasonably priced and very professional.

I had installed a new gas water heater myself but the outlet water pipe had developed a tiny leak and I couldn't get the inlet water pipe to seal at the connection. So I figured I'd get a pro to review my work.

First of all, the girl who handled the scheduling was great! It snowed the day of the appointment and a couple plumbers were out ill so, understandably, appointments were behind and we had to reschedule. She gave me a $50 credit and set a new appt.

The plumber who came to the house - Jon-Marc - was the best! Besides looking at the work that needed to be done, he walked through the entire house and checked out all things plumbing - as part of the basic service. This was great since I had only been in this home for 11 months. He reported everything looked great (including my water heater install). And he explained a couple of questions I had about my outdoor spigots and replaced a handle for me.

Jon-Marc wrote up the invoice and explained exactly what he recommended for the fix and why. 3M's pricing was really fair and reasonable. Jon-Marc finished the work quickly. He was really cool and I could tell he really likes his job.

Bottom line - I would DEFINITELY recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing to others and especially Jon-Marc. Check out the beautiful piping in the attached photo!

3 Mountains Plumbing was a pleasure to work with and I absolutely recommend them!

We had a challenging job and 3 Mountains worked with us to come up with a solution, execute quickly, and finally get our plumbing problem fixed. They clearly care about winning your business and customer satisfaction.

We recently bought an old house. 2 months in we were unlucky enough to have an old cast iron sewer pipe corrode through and collapse. The pipe was underneath the cement floor of a crawlspace, so access was going to be very difficult. The first plumber we called inspected the issue and said his company couldn't help us. The next company we called charged us several hundred dollars for various sewer line inspections and determined trenchless repair was impossible, but was disorganized, dragged their feet, and never did provide us an estimate on actually repairing the problem.

Out of frustration, I wrote up some documentation around the issue and emailed 3 Mountains late on a Thursday evening. About 20 minutes later, I received a phone call from RaeLynn, assuring me that they could help us. They sent one of their employees, Steve Cruz, out the next afternoon. 3 Mountains was exceptionally communicative about when he would arrive, so I could miss as little work as possible. Steve arrived on time and was great. He quickly grasped the issue and challenges, listened patiently to my concerns, and provided a solution and estimate during his visit. It was late on a Friday, but he was patient, friendly, and professional in his evaluation.

After the weekend, we decided to move forward with 3 Mountains and hired them for the job, which ended up requiring excavating and installing a new sewer line outside the house and completely replumbing the drainage from our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They had us scheduled within a week and were extremely receptive to our scheduling needs.

Apparently most companies have separate plumbing and excavation operations and find coordinating between the two challenging. Not so with 3 Mountains! The plumbers showed up early on the scheduled day. Mike, Frankie, and Lloyd were all professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Steve came back too to check in, help make sure everything got taken care of and the plan of attack was clear. They got started right away. Edgar arrived shortly afterwards with the excavation equipment and got to work on the exterior. Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. Edgar called me at the end of the day to give me an update while I was on my way home from work: everything was piped and in place. Finally we can do laundry at home again!

3 Mountains does everything by the book. The next day, they had arranged for a city inspector to come out and verify that all work was up to code. Prior to work, they also had a utility locator verify locations of gas and water lines, to ensure the excavation wouldn't damage anything. Once the inspection was completed (they passed), Edgar and Lloyd began the exterior clean up and filling in the trenches they dug, followed by spreading mulch, grass seed, and repairing a cement walkway that was cut. Edgar called afterwards again to give me an update. I had seen the area after the excavation, and was impressed by how well they cleaned everything up.

The final bill came in and was the same as the estimate. Always appreciated, especially when it's a big job like this one. Overall, I am pleased we hired 3 Mountains Plumbing. They were a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service. Their estimate for the work was within the range of what we were expecting and seemed fairly priced. I strongly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing.
