Get an estimate in writing! read final invoice carefully we did not see invoice till it came in email... not returning my calls about it!

I have used 3Js twice. The first time James replaced 2 toilets for us. He was right on time explained the job and very quickly we had 2 upgraded toilets. The bathrooms were immaculate and you'd never know that work had just been completed. I called 3Js again and George came out to give me an estimate on a water line for an ice maker. Again the job was done quickly and efficiently. They are all nice considerate folks, arrive on time and do great work. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely the best!!! Five stars. I'd give more if available. Nicest people in the world and total professionals. I will be a customer for life.

I was extremely ecstatic with the service I received. We had a water line break on a Sunday and had to call the city to turn the water off to the house. Monday morning we called James and within a couple hours he was here. He was able to do a temp fix until the """"big"""" job could be done on the weekend with his crew. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome ( other than the neighbors dog, running over the fresh concrete that had to be poured to finish the underground work!! LOLOLOL) Thanks James and crew!! You will be my go to guy and referred out as I can!!

I was visiting my kids in Tampa and watching my infant granddaughter, when the water heater died. They had a home warranty, but the repair was going to take days or possibly weeks to get parts and negotiate with them. James very helpfully explained all the options. We ended up deciding on a replacement rather than taking the chance on being without hot water for an extended period of time. Hot sticky babies and grandmas can be very cranky! James and his son were awesome and I highly recommend them!

We called 3J's Plumbing to install two faucets, garbage disposal and a new kitchen sink. Unfortunately the kitchen sink we purchased from Home Depot did not fit in the granite countertop without calling in someone to make the opening about 1/4 inch larger which we couldn't tell until the prior sink was taken out. Plumber reinstalled our original sink with the new faucet and with new garbage disposal and the faucet In guest bath at a very reasonable price. Cleaned up after his work. Would definitely recommend their work and service. We will call them again for all our plumbing needs. Tom and Joan B

This plumber has to be one of these worse plumbers in town. He was contracted by my home warranty company to come asses the leak in my shower, the first visit his son showed up, looked around and stated he didn't bring the leak detector tool but still collected the $65 deductible and left. Then his dad, the so called master plumber showed up the next day with what looked like a bicycle pump and bulb to do the leak detection. Not only did his pump not work, he ended up using my sons bike pump to inflate the leak detector plug and still charged me $250 (my warranty doesn't cover leak detection) After he determined the leak was the in shower pan he proceeded to tell me that I should file a claim on my home insurance to fix it because """"that's what insurance is for and I shouldn't be scared to use it"""" he then gave a quote of $2100 to fix everything including the demo and new shower pan but he wouldn't be able to re-tile I'd have to find my own tile guy. Weeks later he was finally able to put me on his schedule. The day he was supposed to show up he was late and then I called the office which he answered and told me he couldn't come because his demo tool was broken. I offered to rent him one from Home Depot which he then said oh I didn't think of that I'll call you back. 1 hour later I ended up calling him back to which he said he would just buy a new tool but he can't come and do the job that day but instead let's move it 3 days out. 3 days later he calls me to tell me he can't come anymore because he can't do the demo and I needed to find someone else to do the demo but still pay him $2100 just to lay the shower pan. They are an absolute scam company, unprofessional time wasters. it appeared they like to take advantage of women and people with a home warranty. Do not trust their estimate or work. I will NEVER use them. As you can see other people have complained about them scamming and price gouging when the work is warranty relate.

UPDATE: They charged me $1700 to do the work in these photos. I have since hired a company to correctly do the job. It was very evident by the three companies that came out to quote fixing this, said that Triple J Plumbing didn't want to do the difficult job. But yet they charged for it, and didn't even connect the dishwasher as they quoted. If you hire this company, don't be surprised when things don't go well. ORIGINAL POST THAT KEEPS GETTING ERASED... Left feeling that I was taken advantage of because James didn't want to do the job (cut a cast iron stack and reroute drain) that he was hired to do. After he was done, my dishwasher sticks out past my brand new countertop, because the pipe sits inside of the dishwasher cabinet area. ***He told my cousin and I that it would be $1700 ADDITIONAL- to do the job (correctly). This is the point I realize I was being taken advantage of. Son showed up the day he scheduled me for and wasn't capable of doing the work (no big deal). Office called to tell me that James wouldn't be out after all and would be out the next day (again, no big deal). ***Please note...the first visit, I paid $926 to 3 J's Plumbing to have a faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher and reverse osmosis system connected (dishwasher was never connected because of a hose). The new garbage disposal was leaking, and it was determined by James that the drain from the old plumbing was left in its old position, and there was no way it would work unless he were to tear the wall out of the kitchen behind the dishwasher. Well, I agreed because I believed him to be honest and knowledgeable. So he was scheduled to come out, and only his son shows. He cuts the wall out and rearranges the piping under the sink. James can't make it, but office says he can come out the following day. At the end of that day, my dishwasher now sticks out 2 more inches than it should, and I'm an additional $776 (total already spent = $1701), and the job isn't correct. After he was done that day, and I handed his son the check, He proceeded to tell my cousin and I how much it would cost to do the job correctly. $1700 ADDITIONAL to what we've already paid. I don't recommend this company to anyone that is relying on honest, professional integrity in a plumbing company.

I received a quote from another plumber that was 865 higher -- ridiculous. 3J's came out the same day and did a great job fixing my kitchen faucet leak at a fair price. thank you 3J

I cannot believe what happened with this company. I ordered a home warranty through Choice last January for $2467 for 6 years with a $45.00 service call fee. Last weekend a pipe was leaking in a third bathroom behind a vanity. We torn out the wall and plugged the pipe to stop the water from seeping through because we had no water in the rest of the house and the incident was over Fathers Day weekend. We filed our first claim through Choice on Saturday and they sent 3J's plumbing out the following Tuesday. It was by far one of the most bizarre encounters we have ever had with a contractor. The plumber hired to review the job came to our house. and suggested we pay him not only the $45.00 but, another $250.00 to have him fix the leak. When he was told """"no, we have a warranty"""" he then stated he would do it for $200.00. He was told """"No"""" again. He protested and said """"I'm the cheapest around you wont get anyone to do it cheaper"""" He then left, when he was called one hour later to see if he was coming back he said no. Oddly he had called Choice and had told them there had been a """"thief in our house"""" putting his own twist on things. . We then called Choice and told them what had happened. The representative was appalled when I told her about the catch phrase of thievery and the switch and bait con game by 3'Js employee. I then told her if this was what they were sending out to represent their company I would be cancelling my policy effective immediately. I hope it was worth it to 3 J's, it cost them any future business, my $45.00 that I lost, along with a contract with a warranty company for $2467.00 that I bought in good faith. Go but word of mouth people its safer and and less expensive. We got it fixed for $50.00
