3 Brothers is currently doing work at my parents' house and while they were dreading and held off on this major project for years, we are so lucky to have found 3 Brothers. The basement is being waterproofed and this no longer seems like quite the daunting task it had. We are very satisfied with the work and would definitely consider using them for future projects. After a heavy rain storm I found water seeping into my finished basement, flooding one of the rooms. Three Brothers quoted reasonable price to install a sump pump, roughly 35ft of french drains as well as replace a water heater that had begun slowly leaking water a couple days after they had come out to do a quote for the work.

Some time the night before work was scheduled to begin, the water heater burst, flooding my entire basement with a couple inches of water. 3Brothers did a great job of getting the water out of my basement, drying it out, and removing all of the damaged carpet. I was worried I was going to have to spend a ton of time cleaning up the mess from the flood, but all I had to do was sit back and relax.

Crew worked quickly and efficiently. They started work at about 9:30AM, and by 4:30 all the work and flood clean up was completed.

We were aware of water damage and black mold from burst pipe (which occurred a decade ago). However, Joe showed us four more areas with black mold and damage to the drywall. They removed all the accumulated stored furniture and boxes and stuff and the carpeting from the floor and remediated the mold and installed French drain and sump pump. Then drywall was put up at places where old dry wall was removed. Walls of basement were painted, even up the stairs leading from basement to first floor. Section of garage interior wall was newly walled and painted. Section of garage ceiling was cleaned and plastered and painted. Now basement has no moldy or musty smell. The 3 Brothers crew was well organized and did a great job.

I had their family install a pressure relief system in my small basement. At first I thought it was a minor dampness issue, but when one of their guys came out - Joe the owner, and walked me outside and showed me everything, as well as showed me everything inside, I quickly found out the problem was much larger. I felt like I became an expert on basements and water pressure and all that. I agreed to do the work after Joe was with me for about 3 informative hours, which cost me a fair amount (thought it would cost a little less, but no biggie), and I have not had a drop of water ever since. The basement was done sometime in 2011, and a year later, I had a mold issue in another area of my house, and I didn't think to call anyone but 3 Brothers, since they're one of the few out there that are actually certified, professionally and legally, to clean mold - lots of guys say they are, but doing my due diligence, I found that to be a fabrication. I never write reviews, let alone ones this long. I have been a reference for these guys for years, and have gotten them alot of work (which they pay me a referral fee for each job I have given them), and will keep doing it every chance I get! They really honestly do treat you like they treat their own family, which is rare. Thanks Joe and thanks to the crew that was at my house all those long hot days!!!!

Met with one of the brothers and felt good about going with them. Then another brother brough a great crew maybe 6 or 7 guys thatgo the work done in my basement in less than a day. I thought i had a little puddle and did not realize how bad it was. I felt the price was fair and the work was good.

Had my basement waterproofed by their family. I didn't actually realize how serious basement water problems and mold and mildew could actually be. It was explained super thoroughly, and many different options were given. I did not once feel uneasy or uncomfortable with any of the staff, and the workers were all as knowledgeable as anyone else with the company. You can easily tell that 3 brothers takes time to actually train their staff and makes it a point to have awesome customer service. Great prices and great work is all you can ask for!!!
