I found 3 Brothers on Thumbtack and I'm glad I did ! They installed my water heater and replaced my air conditioning system all within 3 weeks . The guys were all super professional and pleasant! They cleaned up after themselves as they went , even the work trucks were immaculate ! Eric the owner was super responsive throughout the projects , if I emailed him he would respond usually within 5 minutes ! Very fair pricing and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need , which is very important when making these decisions! Please don't hesitate to call them!

I had to get an electric water heater replaced in my condo.
It was not leaking so I was not in rush but condo required old ones replaced.
I called Eric and he scheduled the replacement at a reasonable cost.
Wayne came on the day of appointment and drained old one. As they were working I realized condo had listed automatic shutoff valve. That was way expensive part and needed electric outlet which we didn't have.
Wayne had to re-connect electric wires and refill the water heater and they had to leave.
I complained to condo and they agreed that automatic valve was optional.
Wayne came back next day and installed the water heater.
They did not charge more for extra trip. Very professional work and honest people.

I have called them once for and emergency and once for a regularly scheduled appointment and installation. On both occasions, the person who answered the phone was courteous and the technicians sent to the house were friendly and knowledgeable. When I had an emergency with my heat, they sent someone out the same day. When I had a new gas stove and dryer installed they were very efficient and left my home clean even though they had to move other appliances and furniture around and it was muddy and snowy outside. Great service. We will certainly use them again.

Have used for annual maintenance of our heat and called for a garage tune up. Have been living with noisy doors for over a decade and they had everything moving quietly in no time. I didn't want noisy doors for our house showings!

My central AC unit had died and I called 3 Brothers Mechanical. They got back to me right away, provided an accurate quote and were able to replace my old AC system within a short time frame. They did an excellent job - I would definitely recommend them.

Three brothers mechanical was awesome. The installation was smooth the installer was professional and my overall impression was they are a great company and I would absolutely work with them again. In fact my wife already put a small dent in one of the door so I probably will be at some point :-)

set up an appointment for AC service,and they cancelled after i waited 4 hours. They re- scheduled for three days later, and i waited three hours & this time they just never showed up at all.Unless you have hours & hours to waste do not stop at this address if your looking for responsible people.

Spoke to the owner and set up an appointment for a ductless a/c quote. He never showed up or even called to reschedule. Not chasing...

I had used them in the past to service my boiler good price good service and when i wanted to replace my bath faucet and drain pipe they said they could do it . on 8-9-16 they came with the faucet which i had selected from home depot,eric said he would purchase the same faucet at plumbers supply because even though its the same model the ones sent to hd are not as good in quality. The plumber spent 80 minutes to do the work straight forward install no issues to my astonishment they charged me 603.00 for the work no joke .I got robbed in my own house. There slogan is ""Hot service Cool price"" It should read ""hot service Hot price"" do yourself a favor ask for estimate or just steer clear of these guys.

We had an appointment with them and they never showed up. They called to tell us they were running late but would get to us and we never heard from them again. Funny thing is all my friends are asking who to call for AC maintenance and I am telling them definitely not 3 Brothers.
