I tried to change the handle on my garden hose spicket and ended up taking things apart to the point I simply didn't use that garden hose for two years. My dad mentioned calling 2nd shift and I should have called sooner! They came out and replaced all my old piping and now I'm back power washing again! Braxton and Chris showed up early and made the job look so easy you'd think everybody knew how to sweat those pipes! I can't believe I drug my feet for two years over what they fixed in 30 Mins. And the pricing was more than fair. Hands down these guys get the W when compared to the competition.

2nd Shift plumbing came to me today and repaired my bathroom drain the two young men Parker, and the trainee Parker were very respectfu,knowledgeable, and professional I couldn't be any happier with the work they did and the cost was pretty fair thanks to John Garmon for recommending them

March 28, 2019 Hired 2nd shift to replace a faucet and toilet in upstairs bathroom above our garage in a family room. When they left my husband noticed water leaking from garage ceiling. Called plumber he said they did nothing wrong. It was on us they wanted us to pay an additional $165.00 to repair.
Had no problems for 26 years until we hired them. Now I have a 4 foot by 7 and a half part of my garage ceiling drying out so the dry wall people we hired at our cost will replace ceiling.
No refund , no working with us at all. Very unhappy with this company . There advertising on their trucks say hire someone who gives a shift.
I am here to tell you they do NOT care. Put the blame on you and walk away.

My sewer backed up late Friday afternoon. Everything still drained, it just came out in the yard. I called 2nd shift and they came out. The guy came out and started to snake my line. He was a newer guy & went the wrong way (easy to do if you are relatively new) & I heard it in the bathroom. Two more guys showed up to check on him & they got him going in the right direction. He finished the job, I paid him, & he left. Later that evening, as I was taking a shower, I noticed that the tub was draining VERY slowly. I decided I could live with it for the weekend, & called them Monday morning. Two people came out (one was from the pair of guys who came to check), looked at it, & told me their boss said the their equipment couldn't make that happen, but they would fix it FOR HALF PRICE. I told them goodbye and they left. I'm of the opinion that if it (the drain) worked right before you came, but not after you left, something you did messed it up. And if you mess it up, you fix it and make it right. Apparently, they don't have that viewpoint. They maintain that they couldn't have made it happen, I maintain that they did. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, they won't fix it unless you pay for their screw-up.
