S S.With this company having only one review I felt the need to chime in as his experience was my experience. They are beyond lax when it comes to work and expectations and they know it. There are way better choices. The effort they put in is abysmal honestly and the plumbers don't really seem all that competent. I was dispatched this company through American water services after another plumber pulled back roots which sit about 100 feet plus a little extra out. I only know because I watched so said plumber was very able to get past said issue claimed by this company after abiut 12 or less minutes of actual labor. They were at my home 30 minutes or less. In and out and we talked for about 10 of those minutes. Anyways I asked for a camera inspection to verify the so called issue they claimed and they denied it leaving me to think they were simply incompetent or lying. Eitther way 10 out of 10 would not recommend. ??
Anne D.Had a sewer back-up Labor Day weekend. Contacted my insurance provider, they contracted with 2nd Grn plumbing. 2nd Gen contacted me quickly, and came out within 45 mins. They found the outdoor clean out, identified a huge root obstructing the line, cleared the line and resolved our issue. They were quick, polite, and professional. Highly recommend.
