Lori the Customer Service Rep. was great in taking all my information to replace my Hot Water Heater. She set me up for a quick installation. Their installers Jeremiah & Mark did a great job. They were very responsible & neat. I would say that 2nd. Century Plumbing are very responsive to the Consumer's needs. Regards, Vince DiGiorno

Excellent service and great team from office to front line technicians. Called for emergency plumbing service for leaking electric water tank in garage. The phone was answered by a friendly and helpful person, which in itself is rare. After emailing photos of the unit, a new electric water heater and expansion tank was installed by two service technicians. Upon completion of installation, technicians thoroughly tested the heating system and cleaned up wet mess. Lori, Mark, and James had the entire situation resolved within three hours of my phone call. I highly recommend 2nd Century Plumbing in Naples, Florida, to anyone who needs plumbing services big or small. Prompt, clean and fast service.

Rude and uncaring woman in the office. Workers who lack on site job skills. And I am just the neighbor of the unwitting person who hired them and is now left with a flooded condo. They parked her old water heater in front of my garage door, so I couldn't enter it. And two hours later, left hoses and a shop vac blocking the walkway into my condo. This, after I spoke to the workers, who could see how disabled I am, dependent on a walker. When I called the office and spoke to Laurie instead of sayingI I'm sorry, I'll give them a call, she told me I had to understand my neighbor had a major flood.....Hmmm...not my problem, but yes, it became mine while standing in 90 degree heat, leaning on a walker because 2nd Century's workers made things worse by spreading their debris around the job site. The owner was away on vacation. Perhaps things get sloppy while he's away?

We had been using 2nd Century for years even before I took over management of the Port Royal property. The techs are very nice and seemed good and helpful. And then Irma happened and the main water line broke right at the meter and 2nd century showed their real face. They came within a couple of days to lay a temporary line between the water meter and the house, but they only replaced the initial super obvious part not checking if there was water actually getting to the house (by turning on the garden house briefly). I had to call them back (twice!!) as they didn't lay the temporary line long enough but hooked it up to the existing line that was uprooted again just a few feet down and well visible had they actually bothered to take a look around. I had to point out the leaks myself, it was ridiculous. And initially there was no digging involved, so no excuse. So this ordeal stretched the period for us working there without any water unnecessarily for 2 more weeks. Then they came back to fix the toilets (all the insides of the water tanks) and apparently there were no more spare parts for these types, so he had to run back and forth twice or three times to get everything and get the toilets to work. Only one still didn't work and when we got a plumber friend of my husband to have a look at it he bought a new filler, put it in and now it works. That simple. No running around and working on it for 2 days and then charging $1600 for (not) fixing the water fillers of 6 toilets (2nd century's price)! Oh and the temp water line was $1600 too. For a temp over ground water line? Seems their Irma special on everything. When it was time to replace the temporary main line and put the new main into the ground they kept """"putting us on the schedule"""" but never actually did and after 6 weeks I blankly asked them if they'd ever show and they finally said that they couldn't do the main line job. They simply did not want to get their hands dirty, although it was a simple straight line and we had cleared that planting area of everything (after two big trees had uprooted). Which they could have told us right in the beginning and we wouldn't have had to wait 6 weeks for nothing. The other thing we just now realized and which I find just as appalling: The house has designer fixtures which are about 20 years old but still looking new. There had been some minor issues with some of them leaking in some spots and for years the 2nd century guys kept telling us there are no spare parts and we have to get new fixtures. Finally the property owner's son got involved and in touch with the manufacturer of the fixtures and was confirmed that spare parts are available for - get this - 50 years!!!! So had 2nd century actually bothered and inquired could they have the repair done or replaced the problematic fixtures years ago!!!! Save your money and give it to a company that is worth it!!!

The kitchen sink was clogged. Every other plumber I called tried to play the game that they were all booked for a week out and they can only do a call if they charge me twice as much. I called 2nd Century. Spoke to Lori. Told her what the problem was and she was able to squeeze me in that day. The plumber fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes vs other plumbers trying to sell me a whole new """"program"""". They were honest, knowledgeable and professional.
