RUDE RUDE RUDE 2brothers service came out 2 weeks ago and supposedly pumped my septic tank. After 1 week started having issues with toilet again. Called a different company who came out to check and said the tanks were completely full, solid waste had not been pumped at all, liquid waste only partially pumped. I called back 2brothers, told them the issue. They wanted to charge another $300 to come pump again. I told them they needed to make it right since it was never appropriately pumped. They hung up on me! Rude, not trustworthy. Don't use this company!

ZERO STARS! Wish that was an option. The guy who came was a complete asshole. Called my mom and I gordas. We might be white but we can understand enough to know he was talking shit! Then storms off to his truck and leaves without acknowledging us or anything. So rude! Don't waste your time!!!!

i wouldn't even give 1 star but its the only option. they offered to pump my septic for $250. I was texted asking if the tank was open. i told them no and sent a picture. The tank needs to be dug up. the appt was at 11. i texted a little after 11 to get an eta as i need to lock up my dogs. then i was told 1230. after 1pm I texted again and was told 20 min. 30 min later one brother comes and as I'm trying to explain everything he walks away from me and heads for the backyard. then when he realizes everything is under my deck, which i didn't get to explain, he calls his brother. refers to me as Gorda. (first mistake), then hands me the phone and they tell me to call Mario to come out and dig (pay him separately), then call them back for another appt. My septic is now overflowing and we cannot use the toilets or shower or sinks with 5 people in the household. I give the phone back and brother number 1 literally walks away gets in his truck and bails. I mean wth? No professionalism, no respect, and certainly no one i would recommend to call for service. Call anyone else, just not these guys. Very disappointed.

Very unprofessional, very disrespectful towards people's property. He was about to urinate on his tires when my husband told him something. He had no regard towards other people's property let alone anyone seeing him pee out side my rental property. Just disgusted with his actions. If I could not give him a zero star I would. He was rude when answering his phone or when returning my phone call. We Do not recommend this business

Was very unhappy with service. Broke one of the cement covers. Ended up going them due to price difference with White House. Was in a hurry rushed. Rude as well.

we called for a septic pump they said they would be here at 2 in the afternoon at 3 I had to call and find out where they were when they did show up they only pumped about 1/4 of 700 gallons worth of the tank they didn't even pump the solid waste they pump the waterside for their truck filled up they told us it was finished and charged us $240 two days later my tank is full overflowing into my yard and I'm having to call another company to complete the job.

We just used his services 10 minutes ago. He came to our home to pump the septic tank and when he left our property, he broke the concrete when he had ENOUGH space to exit (we have 1+acre) but he made a sharp turn breaking our concrete from the edge. He did not gave us a receipt and I called him and told him abou the concrete issue and he said: Yes, I know and I did but what do you want me to do? Pay you for it? And he added: Next time call somebody else!
Now, we have broken concrete in our home because he said he has NO insurance!
I have attached pictures of the damage he did amd he DID HAD ENOUGH SPACE to Exit, he just made a sharp turn!

No zero star here, Yelp please give us the option for zero star. The dude in the video ran the snake and didn't work, the water came back up again. I had to call earlier to talk but one of the guys said that they are too busy with other appointments.

We paid them in cash, they took the money but couldn't do their job correctly the first time. The problem still remains.

Until these brothers come back to fix the issue, I will not remove my review anytime soon. Please be aware and be wary of this ""company"". Other reviews are nonsense.

Amazing service at very reasonable pricing! Two brothers were able to come out the same day with the best prices in town. We had just moved into this new house and the previous owners had not cleaned out the septic tank for 9 years! I'm just grateful it didnt bust! They were able to clean it up, pump it out, and have us up and running within no time! Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Wow! Amazing!
They came to my property today and did the service, very professional. I am deaf person myself and we communicated very well. Their price was very reasonable! I have two septic tanks and at last minute, I asked if they could do my second tank, they did it on same day! They asked me to come with them to see inside the tank to show proof that they did pump it out before they closed the tank. They even asked me to flush the toilet to make sure it comes to the tank clearly.
I highly recommend these guys to everyone!
