After an amazing experience with Brad Hite's installation of my water heater around Christmas time, I had a water pressure problem and immediately called 29 Palms Yucca Valley plumbing again to help me. Trefon came right away and did an amazing Job. This company goes over and above with customer service, knowledge and professionalism and reasonable pricing. I cannot recommend Trefon and Brad more highly. They are fantastic! I will call them whenever I need expert plumbing service!

I was excited when I saw the review for this service. Then I did the homework and looked at the website. Every hair on the back of my neck went straight up when I read the name Brad Hite. After Mr. Hite was done with his brilliant work, there was hot water where the cold should have run and hot water in the toilet and a melting wax seal. When I pointed out that he had messed up the installation, he laughed in my face and put his hand out and demanded another $900 to finish the job. When I made a public protest, Mr. Hite called me on the phone and threatened me.

Anther poster said not to be concerned about the negative posts. Well, be concerned. Be VERY concerned, unless you don't want to deal with a sexist bigot who will rip you off.

Someone said that Mr. Hite's problem was getting good workers. Well, it is unethical to employ substandard workers and have them do bad work and collect money for it. Employees should be supervised, but when I asked Steve, the worker Brad Hite sent, Steve said that Brad was sitting beside his pool sucking up beer and that of the $85/hr I was being charged only $10 was finding its way to Steve. Mr. Hite seems to be short on business ethics.

I hired Brad to replace an old, leaky faucet in my house in Twentynine Palms, but as it turned out, the job wasn't as simple as I imagined it would be... Brad did an amazing job despite the challenges and charged me a fair price for his labors. Brad ""went the extra mile"" to make sure my problem was fixed, and I am completely satisfied with his workmanship.

I'm a retired Marine Master Sergeant living in Wonder Valley where it can be hard to get service, so it was a pleasant surprise when Andrew Orozco said he could be here the same day I called, after it froze in 29 Palms.

Not only did he fix the piping in the bathroom, but also at the well itself. Courteous, professional, down to earth, and he charged less than half what Roto-Rooter was quoting just to come out here.

Andrew also worked on my last house in 29 Palms, closer to town (a little over a year ago) and did just as good a job there.

If you've read the one star review, don't be concerned, from what Andrew told me personally he has since gotten rid of his help and it is just him (that review is well over 3 years old now). Apparently it is a common problem with professionals out here that I've talked to, from roofing to AC, they say it's hard to find good help.

The good news is Andrew says he has five sons and he hopes one of them will work in the family business. I hope he's right, because it is such a pleasure to hire someone you not only know, but also trust to do the job right for a VERY fair price.

If you need plumbing done, Brad Hite Plumbing is the way to go. Also, if you get the voicemail at the office number, go ahead and call the number in the voicemail and you'll get Andrew, he's just in the field doing work.

Brad Hite Plumbing did an awesome remodel on my house here in 29 Palms that had a complete kitchen and bath redo. These guys are very meticulous. The one time I had a problem with a gas hookup for my grill, they sent someone out to replace an incorrect size valve within hours, no charge.

The guy who did the work was clean cut and in uniform and left no mess behind.
