Absolutely rude! We have a plumbing emergency and called. He came and assessed the situation. We told him that since it's an older home we didn't have a clean out or vents on the roof. The last plumber just removed the toilet to get to the clog. He just didn't want to remove the toilet, he told us he wanted to fix our clean out situation. It's a plumbing emergency! We have a large family and a baby, so not being able to use water is not an option. We were willing to pay his high quote just to get the job done, but he refused when we didn't go with his idea. He wasted our time when we could have just called someone else. Do not do business with this company, there are better 24/7 plumbing services. In fact, we're using one now.

24hr Drain Pro succeeded when the 3 previous plumbers could not unclog the tub! Call them first and avoid all the extra work with calling companies, scheduling appointments with the ones that give free estimates, and then finding out that they want to charge you for trying to unclog your drain.
The phone was answered when I called and the appointment to come out was made for the next morning (a Saturday). The techs (James and his partner) showed up on time and gave an honest assessment. They didn't try to sell me on a charge to ""snake the line and you pay whether we're successful or not"". I only wanted to pay for a guaranteed solution.
James offered a free inspection to go underneath/crawl space of the house. One of the other plumbers wanted about $400 just to inspect underneath! James and partner climbed down there and found the tub drain line and U-trap in a bad state of corrosion and it was evident that there was water leakage on the ground. He recommended a drain pipe replacement which will fix the leak and the clog line. This clog became a big job but I felt it was fairly quoted for a 4 hour job with a 2 man crew. They came back in the afternoon (after a previously scheduled job and picking up parts) that day and finished the drain pipe replacement. I'm a satisfied customer and happily recommend 24hr Drain Pro. You know the feeling of relief when your plumbing disaster gets resolved. Thank you 24hr Drain Pro!

Had a major emergency last night with water spewing out of a downstairs shower drain and water covering the floor. Tech (Mr. Kim?) was here within 30 minutes and found the problem quickly (old, rusty, too-small main sewer line that was completely clogged). Problem was rapidly corrected and explained clearly. Kudos to 24 Hour Drain Pro for prompt and professional service!

I reached out to Mr. Kim and he replied fairly quickly. I usually have to contact him each year since my pipes get clogged by the city tree roots. This has been an ongoing problem and the toilets and shower get backed-up.
Javier came out to the house and fixed the problem. However, a few days later, I noticed the toilet was ""gurgling"" while I was showering. So, I contacted Mr. Kim again and the response time was wonderful.
Javier and James came out this time. I ended up changing out the pipe to the main city line, which was a huge project. It took 5 days, yet James and Javier were so professional and completed the big job. The plumbing has been wonderful and it makes a huge difference. They had to dig at least a 6 foot trench and were working underneath the home. Still, they kept the inside of my home nice and neat, using butcher paper, booties to cover their shoes, and a zipper door to block the dust.
I couldn't have been happier with the end product and the success of the new pipes even though it cost quite a bit. It was well worth it since James said my pipe had a crack in it and it probably would've cracked within a year. James talked me through the process and showed me the rust and decay on the old piping, so I was being educated through the process.

Came out on time late on a Sunday and fixed my severely clogged kitchen sink drain pipe. However forgot to turn back on my RO valve. But he was very respectful and did do a clean job. Pricey for what was done however.

Life saver!!! Late on a weekday night, broke off water spigot and was forced to shut off house water supply. Called Drain Pro, showed up 30 minutes later and repaired a challenging repair. So glad it was resolved so quick and would highly recommend Drain Pro services.

I have a one bathroom condo. Both the shower and toilet would not drain. I called on a Sunday and spoke with Steve. I asked if someone could come out Monday, and he said yes.
Javier came by within the window quoted by Steve. He was both friendly and proficient. My bathroom is now in perfect working order.
The only complaint, if you can even call it that, was that Javier was out of business cards.

Hands down one of the best in the Bay Area! We had a backed up toilet on a Sunday evening and Steve came over right away to help. He also made some suggestions for us to consider and I am so glad he did because our interior pipes were so old and worn out when his team member Javi looked into it. We had no idea! It was a big job, but he and his crew (bravo to Javi and James too!!) got it all completed cleanly and with as little disruption to us as possible. We were so happy Mr. Kim answered the phone on Friday night as we had a flooded garage and couldn't locate the area where the water had come from. It also smelled like sewage. James Kim came with his team and they located a major plumbing problem with our old pipes hooked up to the sink and dishwasher. They filmed the ancient pipes with a camera phone. It was very evident we needed repair. Luckily we only were without a sink as the bathroom/shower plumbing was not affected. James and his team returned Sunday morning and were so polite and professional. Carefully placing a protective runner from our front door to the closet with the underground trap door. The team also wore booties to protect the hardwood flooring. They communicated frequently, showed us the disgusting clogged and rusted bad pipe, and then repaired everything. The work came with a 10 year warranty. We highly recommend 24 hr Drain Pro Plumbing. Fast, effective, and very professional.

Late review but thought I'd write one since I recommended then. Steve came out back in November and did a repair of a toilet leak. The prices were good, repair was great. They also didn't try to sneak in other repairs that were not necessary (as another company tried to do). Seems like an honest company.
