Came in the middle of the night, very quick very friendly service and very reasonable price. We had a massively clogged drain in an apartment building and he had it done it just about an hour or so. If you need a plumber asap without ruining your wallet highly reccomend.

Late Friday night (11:30pm), we found out that our main sewer line front the house to the street was clogged. I called 24hr Drain Pro Plumbing. They said they would be out to my house in 45 minutes. They were here in less then 30 minutes. I think it was Steve who cleared the sewer line within minutes. I used 24hr Drain Pro Plumbing in the past. They have been very professional and easy to work with, especially for coming out late at night. I will call them in the future when I need a drain or any plumbing problem solved.

Mr. Kim was fantastic! I noticed I had a leak from my pipes at 3am. First thing in the morning (7am), I called Mr. Kim. He answered right away and said he could at my house before 9am. Mr. Kim came right on time. Mr. Kim and Jose both arrived and assessed the leak completely. Jose took pictures and showed me the leak and how he was going to fix it. Mr. Kim was extremely courteous, social and gave me a very reasonable quote. Both Jose and Mr. Kim were extremely efficient and completed the work before 12pm. I was quite satisfied and relieved that the problem was resolved so quickly. Hopefully, the repair was a success (only time will tell). But for now, I give Mr. Kim and Jose my highest recommendation and would gladly use their services again.

We had an unfortunate pooptacular at the Hunter home this morning and these guys were amazing. They were at our house in 40 minutes and had everything fixed in under 2 hours for a reasonable price. We had tree roots break into our pipes and cause an ugly back-up. I'll likely call them in a panic when we need it snaked again or - if I wasn't such a procrastinator - have them come install a clean-out since (surprise!) we don't seem to have one. They helped make adulting much, much less painful which is really all I can ask.

Steve the owner and Jose were so wonderful today. They came over in 30 min and replaced the line for my toilet in 30 min. I would hire them anytime again. Very friendly and great fast work. Very clean job done.

$450 to clear clog in main line. Came within 45 mins of calling. Assessed the situation and was not able to access the pipe on ground due to rust. Had to climb into roof to snake it.

We had a bad backup on a Saturday night. Laundry and kitchen were backing up. We called 24 Hr. Drain Pro and they answered right away, and we're at our house in 45 minutes, as promised. Expecting to pay a super premium price because it was a Saturday evening, we were pleasantly surprised with a very fair and reasonable price. The problem was fixed, and we couldn't be happier with the prompt, excellent, and professional service. 24 Hr. Drain Pro most definitely saved our day!

I called in and Tony was out at our place in around 30 minutes. Our bathroom sinks are back to back, so we were quoted a higher price initially because it is apparently harder to get a snake down a T-shaped drain, but because we were return customers Tony said Mr. Kim would give us their standard quoted price for a normal sink (the price we had paid in the past). He worked quickly and did a great job.

Plumber showed up in an hour, fixed it in less than five minutes. Toilet is fine. Definitely will use them again.
