I had an emergency plumbing situation occur on the evening on December 30th. The sewage was coming back up from the shower and toilet and all tenants in the house had to stop using any drains immediately. I contacted other companies who would not be able to come out until the next morning. I contacted 24 Hr Drain Cleaning & Plumbing and Chris came out within 1 hour. He explained the situation to me, what he believed the issue was and what needed to be done. It took about an hour and he resolved the issue and had the drains unclogged and functional again. Chris was very professional, timely and great with communication. I highly recommend his services and am very grateful that he was able to help us so quickly during a very stressful situation and so close to a holiday.

Chris showed up promptly and after taking a look at the job in our basement (which involves the main sewer line and is much more extensive and complicated than a typical clogged toilet or sink, with upstairs appliances causing flooding in the basement laundry area and bathroom -- nasty stuff) he went back to his car ""to get the contract papers"". He then returned to say he ""just got a call"" about an emergency at his house, and must leave... That was the end of that. This is a very interesting way of bowing out of jobs he cannot handle.

I called Christopher with an emergency on the Thursday before Christmas. Out toilet was well and truly blocked and water was backing up through our shower. He got back to me within 10 minutes and was going to be there within an hour. I managed to solve the problem myself but have stored Christoper's number. It is very rare to get this type of service. Never looking for another plumber again. Christopher will be who I reach out to in the future.

Chris was very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Washing Machine draining issue. Arrived on a Saturday and informed us that he thought it was a plumbing issue and did not charge us. Chris is not a plumber, just cleans drains. Plumber was scheduled and performed work that was needed. Plumber was concerned main drain needed to be cleaned after work was completed. We called Chris and he was here same day and performed the work. Highly recommend!
