I had the expertise of 24hr Arctic Services, and I found JD as extremely competent. The technician is one of the few HVAC service available that responds to inquiries after 6 p.m.

In August, I requested him to service my central heating system, and recently, I called him for a couple of separate issues. The technician was helpful in resolving less significant problems over the phone, just visiting when an issue called for expert attention.

The technician's work is highly efficient and he proves to be expert. On both occasions, our system has been entirely repaired, and the charge is very reasonable. I definitely advise 24hr Arctic Services to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I reached out to 24HR Arctic Services regarding insufficient water pressure in the sink in our kitchen. JD spoke to me during the call and recommended taking off the aerator screen to inspect for obstructions and then reach out again if this did not solve the issue. After trying that it did not work, so I called him back. He told us that his technician could reach out with us, which he did in the afternoon. The technician Jerry came by to inspect the issue the next morning. He cleared the faucet and resolved the problem. Additionally, Jerry checked my showers and the sinks in the bathroom, cleaning them as well. The representative followed up to see how things were going and provided extra tips for our plumbing needs. I strongly suggest this plumbing service. The service was quite supportive, courteous and fulfilled their promises! The technician gave us a slot for our service call, reached out that morning to verify and came on time. We will call them again.
