We've had problems with a lot of local plumbers. I was doing a search for a new one since my mother's kitchen sink was leaking. 24 Rooter had excellent reviews so I decided to give them a try.

From the start the process was easier. Scheduling online was easy and I was able to find a time that worked best for me.

Marcus showed up exactly on time, that's a first for us dealing with Yakima plumbers, he was able to identify the problem, give me an estimate, and then after running into town for parts he was able to fix my mother's sink that day. He was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He explained the new parts and told me what to expect from them. He is definitely our new plumber and he will be the one we recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Marcus came out on a same-day Saturday for a kitchen drain leak in a tight space. Very friendly. Quickly identified the leak and jumped right in! Knowledgeable and experienced. Would recommend in a heartbeat for any future plumbing needs.

Great to work with. Called at 8 Monday morning and was at he house in 30 min. Ran to get parts a had two toilets fix in under 2 hours. Reasonably priced.

Drain issues can be a mood killer and let me tell you, our drain issues had us ready to go off the deep end! Our kitchen sink was plugged to the hilt and we tried every home remedy we could think of to unplug it with no success! We even rented a snake and that too was an epic fail! Finally, late this afternoon we called 24 hour Rooter. They sent someone out within an hour and Viola! 30 minutes later we had free flowing water in our pipes! The guys also gave us a quick tutorial on how drains work and some great advice for maintenance....needless to say, from now on these guys are my ""Go to"" guys! My business contacted this company with some drainage issues and someone was at our location within a couple of hours. The service tech was knowledgeable and courteous and didn't not try to ""upsell"". I will be calling them for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
