Hiring this service is probably one of the worst decision I have ever made in my life. My main drain was clogged (I thought based on my limited knowledge). He came in early morning with a moody face. Well. It was Monday morning so maybe it made sense. He asked me questions like if I had tried to use the snake and I said yes and I got it from local homedepot. It worked totally fine for over one year and I am pretty sure I used it property. He then snaked the pipe toward outside of the house and somehow it got stuck. He was extremely moody and said I ruined and fucked his day and my pipe was cracked and I should have told him it was cracked. Question is how I would know my pipe was cracked and the fact that the next big plumbing company I hired said this guy actually could have damaged my pipe. Anyway, after 15 mins he left his snake head in my pipe and forced to charge me $350 (for the snake head) and he left. This guys was not happy about the size of my laundry room is (where the main drain and trap located) so make sure you have a mansion before hiring this guy. His quote was tremendous lower than other plumbing companies but you don't want to take this risk and absorb this guy's negative energy.

morris came back to complete the job. ( clogged pipes) on his day off. Thank you! He was very knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained and gave us tips to mitigate this problem going forward. I would recommend him without reservation. well done.

Skeptically, we called several ""24/7"" plumbing companies after 11pm to get help with a broken shower diverter. Waiting til the morning wasn't really an option. Only two responded at all. So much for 24/7. 24 HOURS PLUMBING responded quickly, asked for any pictures of the problem and said they could send a plumber. Yes, it was expensive - but it was after midnight when he arrived. Yes, they took my credit card number upfront, but didn't bill me until the work was finished. Yes, the problem was fixed and we could shower in the morning and get on with our day as if nothing had happened. The plumber was a nice guy, polite and able to fix the problem with the parts he had on hand. We would recommend them at any hour of the day but if you need someone at an ungodly hour, these guys are reliable.

Comparing against another review, they seem to have a bad habit of asking for your credit card when you call them and charging you without your permission.

We got an unauthorized charge made by the receptionist on the same day we got a legitimate charge from the plumbing company that was accompanied by an invoice detailing the service rendered.

When we disputed the charge, two things happened:

1) They said it didn't look right, but they can't refund today, ""call back another day"" (what they say every time I call)

2) When the credit card company contacted them via their dispute mechanism, they copy-and-pasted the valid signature we provided for the valid charge with a valid invoice to justify the separate and invalid unauthorized charge they made for no service rendered.

Anyway that's how they defrauded $200+ from me. By credit card fraud.

Super fast; they saved me at 3am!! Called a bunch of people and they were the only ones to come help me and my rapidly flooding apartment. Other businesses had answering machines but these guys were actual 24/7.

This company is a scam. They tell me they can't have a plumber to come out for two hours. So I said okay, I'll wait. Then we fix the problem on our own, I call this company less than 30 seconds later to cancel the service call and they say they're charging our card. Thankfully our credit card company blocked their fraud. They were extremely rude, lied to us and I would not use them under any circumstances.

Great guy, I called for an emergency visit because the chain in my toilet had corroded - now everything is as good as new. Highly recommended, very friendly and honest.
