JoAnne G.Sometimes you just need an answer- and a little help. I recently moved into a new condo- and with all the snow and ice - of course- we get a pipe overflowing into the basement. I gave 24 hour sewer a call - and within minutes, I was texting- and rather than coming out and charging me - he had me contact my HOA - and I found out that this was covered under that - saving me additional costs that I really did not realize I did not have to pay. Thank you for your honesty and for responding so quickly- just to help a stranger out.

John arrived within an hour and not only checked for leaks but explained how the plumbing works and gave me a bunch of tips including: how to read the water meter and how to check for the most common leaks in a home. John was super friendly and after a short time we both agreed that there wasn't a real issue. (My wife and I later discovered the Suffolk County Water Authority changed the way they Bill for water around the time we noticed a higher bill). John gave me peace of mind, arrived promptly and really knew his job well. The service fee was very reasonable and MUCH lower than many other plumbers. Thanks John!
