Todd and crew came quickly and seemed to do a good job of repairing the main water line to the house. However they left a huge mess with my lawn. There was a huge mound of dirt over the line they fixed with 2 deep ruts on either side. For 4500 they should have fixed the line and left my lawn in pristine condition. I'm older and I shouldn't have to spent days leveling the ground and buying sod to fix their mess. In the mound there was grass clumps on top of grass clumps so they weren't careful about placing the grass. With the crew they had they could have easily leveled the ground and carefully replaced the grass. They didn't care and left a huge mess. I complained to Todd and he did nothing. If you want your lawn ruined, this is the crew for you.

They came to my house and charged me $500 + for something else that it was not even the problem at all!!!!!!!!
I called them back to tell them about their mistake and they literally didn't care and wanted to charge me more money for their mistake!!!!!!!

These guys are awesome! Omar came on very short notice to fix my toilet that was overflowing (of course, I had family flying in that night!). Not only was he prompt and fixed the problem, he also went above and beyond and helped me clean up some of the mess. He was a life saver and I would call again in an instant!

Called on a Monday to schedule a downspout drain cleaning, the owner scheduled to provide service Wednesday morning. They were a no-show and no-call on Wednesday. By 5 pm on Wednesday, I had to call to ask if they were coming. Owner said they got busy and forgot to call.

They finally showed up on Thursday, took 10 minutes looking at my drain, stated that they could not fix it and charged my wife $149! Made us pay on the spot. I called to complain and ask them to lower their bill. Owner stated that $149 was their minimum charge, and he blamed me for not asking him.

If you want Rooter service that is A DAY LATE and provides you with a $149 surprise for 10 minutes of diagnostic work, these are your guys.

These guys are the best! 24 hr rooter man will be my go-to for all future plumbing. Don't let the name fool you. It's not just rotor rooting. They are skilled plumbers. They remodeled my master bathroom and did an AMAZING job. So Honest, Hardworking and Affordable. They were also very amiable about our ideas and requests. These guys saved our bathroom from a disaster. We had to fire the previous plumbers because of their ""creative"" plumbing -aka (ZERO KNOW HOW)
24 hr Rooter ""Men"" came in and fixed big mistakes from them. They saved our master bathtub from cracking and discovered completely wrong valves and pipes previously installed. Our XL tub would have had a water stream like a sink, instead of a tub. We could have waited all day for our big tub to get full. Loving our tub and shower and sink. Think of you everyday and are so grateful for your skills.
