The good: they had a technician out right away.

The bad: the drain still isn't draining. The technician explained that it would still be slow unless we added on a $400 hydro clean. I told him that wasn't in our budget at the moment.

After he left, the first time it was used, I went in and pulled a huge clot of hair out that was at the top of the drain. The pieces to the tub were put in incorrectly with an extra piece actually left on the lip of my tub. (Photos in comments)

When I called back, the person answering the phone said that in the notes the technician had noted that ""customer had felt they were being taken advantage of"". I only said we weren't going to pay 400 for a hydro clean- I didn't feel that we were taking advantage.

They offered to send someone back out but I will never do business with a company who feels they need to belittle a customer because they didn't get the more expensive service.

I have had Connectionz do major plumbing work in the past and decided they would be the best combination of reasonable pricing, quality and efficiency to replace my furnace and central air conditioner. The day after reviewing my options, Alex, Ben, Brandon and Daniel were here. Though they experienced the delivery of a broken part, they took the extra 90 minutes to get a replacement part and stayed until 8pm, 5 hours later than planned to complete the job.

They fixed the problem but Connectionz Plumbing left behind a massive amount of collateral damages; for your own sake, USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

They were offering a deal to complete a video camera inspection of the sewage pipes; we were not experiencing any problems but our house was built in 1954 so we like to stay informed on the state of things. The workers were prompt and friendly. Plumbers discovered the connection point from our house to the main was corroding; therefore, we made the decision to spend $8,000 to get it fixed.

What we were told would be a 1-2 day job was completed one week later (apparently, despite their 24/7 advertising, they do not work on the weekends even when they are in the middle of a project-they just left their tools and our front yard with a gaping hole). Ultimately, the pipe was fixed and I am thankful for that. But, the meager $150 discount ""for the troubles"" does not come close to the collateral damage Connectionz Plumbing caused.

While fixing the pipe, Connectionz plumbers did not not seal the sewage drain in our house and, as a result, feces from pipes exploded into our laundry room and toilet water erupted from both toilets into the bathroom toilets. When informed of this, Connectionz Plumbing worker said, ""I knew this would happen.""

The attempted cleaning job done by Connectionz plumbers was atrocious. My husband had to take work off to deal with their mistake and he and I spent two days deep cleaning the mess they left behind. The workers did not remove or cover their shoes and left mud tracks on the carpet; a $250 rug had to be thrown out and a new one purchased; a new hamper had to be bought; floor tiles had to be removed to clean underneath and we had to buy and install others.

This was all just inside our home. Our yard was desyroyed by them. Large tree branches were broken and the entire half of our lawn destroyed. When asked about all this Connectionz Plumbing said these things just go with the job they had to do.

Needless to say, the whole experience with Connectionz Plumbing has been a nerve-racking and time-consuming mess. This company might be good at small repairs but DO NOT HIRE THEM to do anything other than that.

Oh, and Connectionz Plumbers asked my husband not to write a negative review in exchange for the offensive discount.

We called their company to fix some issues we had with our plumbing. We had some appointment issues at the beginning but from
then on smooth sailing. We would recommend
Ben and his crew for any of your plumbing needs.
They fixed all of the problems and were courteous and professional. Thank you.

Jason and Aaron were awesome to work with! They talked us through everything that was going on and were very personable. They came when they said they would, and fixed our problem! Definitely choose them over ESCO.

This company did a great job for us - they performed the services well and at a reasonable cost. As a bonus while performing the follow-up camera line service, the technician also inspected our water heater and let us know that those were also an issue (one water heater is 36 years old - what?!?!). Having this knowledge put us in a position to be proactive. They were also able to work up an estimate for a package deal with all the services needed, which was much appreciated. Ben and Jason were the technicians that helped us and they were super friendly and professional, and prompt in their arrivals. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had Connectionz come out to clear a couple drains and do some minor repairs. They diagnosed that I lacked a pressure reducing valve by how my pipes shook when the water was turned off. It was a minor repair and potentially saved thousands. They even stayed a couple hours late to install a new toilet. The previous toilet was installed incorrectly and needed a lot of work. They completed the work at no extra charge and stayed well into the evening to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. They also have a program to service your HVAC system during the entire year that I will take advantage of!

Beware of Connectionz Plumbing and Heating. They installed a Moen faucet, it had a lifetime warranty, the faucet developed a drip. I called Connectionz and they sent a plumber. They didn't honor the warranty because the person (Jason) said it was his experience that it was caused by hard water and my water softener was not working. That was nonsense because I had it checked by Superior Water and I don't have any hard water problems and the water softener is working fine. He spent all my time trying to sell me a new softener and recommended that I get a new water heater. They charged me for his opinion without checking for the real reason of the drip. I still have the drip and less in my checking account for a sales pitch. Stay away from this business. Complaint to the BBB is coming. P.S. The plumber Jason said it would cost over $200 to fix, which is more than the faucet.

My experience with this company shows why people don't trust plumbers! I had 1 clogged toilet and 1 that was running extremely slow. Hey pulled off both toilets ($65 ea) ran cables (more $), and cameras (more money). $285 total. I told them when they got here, and when I scheduled the appointment, that there was a toy(s) in 1 or both of the toilets. They said they didn't find the toys but I had a root problem that would cost $3800 to fix and that was the ONLY solution. They also left a big water spot on my carpet, which I just had cleaned a couple weeks ago. They showed me a picture (not good quality), taken with a cell phone, of the camera screen showing roots blocking my line. Very convincing. So I paid them the $285, still had a slow running toilet and a clogged toilet, and was informed I needed to do the $3800 job IMMEDIATELY.
My husband told me to call another plumber because they were lying. He had worked on a job where the plumber had diagnosed a cracked water line. When they dug up the line there was no crack, so the plumber made one to avoid the cost of being wrong.
I called another plumber, expecting the same diagnosis. This one guaranteed we don't pay if they don't get the toilets unclogged.
Connectionz spent over 1 1/2 hours here. The 2nd plumber, before even starting any work said it sounds like a toy is stuck. I didn't tell him about toys and my kids weren't here. They pulled off the clogged toilet and, within 2 minutes, found a big toy. Their total visit was only about 25 minutes and they had BOTH of my toilets running good! That's all I wanted. I understand if there might be a bigger problem starting, but at least make my toilets usable for now!! And don't make me think that my only option is to rip up my yard and concrete for a big price tag! So I called Connectionz. Let me give you the time frames of all of this. My first scheduled appointment was on Monday night between 4-7pm. By 7:45, we rescheduled for the next day because they were running way too late. They showed up late the next day too (Tuesday). I had the other plumber come at 10am on Thursday and he was on time! I called Connectionz shortly after the 2nd plumber left (and fixed the problem). The lady in the office told me she would speak with her supervisor and the technician and call me back before the end of that business day. No call. I finally called again Tuesday late morning and she wasn't in, so I left a message for her to call me back when she arrived, which was supposed to be soon. No call. Today is Wednesday, I called again and was hung up on while being transferred to her. Called again, finally got her on the phone, and received a non sincere apology and an excuse that she's been in and out of the office. Um NO! If she was in, for even 5 minutes, she could've called! But she was avoiding having to tell me they will not correct the problem. She said that if I wanted a refund I would have to prove that there are no more roots in my pipes! Who cares if they didn't unclog my toilets, which is why I called them in the first place, because the roots were the ""diagnosed"" issue. So they got paid for doing absolutely NOTHING of importance! By the way.. my new plumber explained in detail how he would fix the ""root"" issue, IF it becomes an issue, and it would only be around $1700! Connectionz need to find more experienced & HONEST technicians!!
